Good knowledge Hajji , Uganda has Physical Planning Board (Technical Team) of professional learned planners and theres a proposed Kampala Metropolitan master plan intended to expand city, but also some other drafted master plans for newly formed cities, the challenges is that our leaders(Non Technical team) arent prioritizing this strategy for unknown reasons.
For sure long time people could pick or elect according to people's services and there worth there. If you couldn't manage anything the couldn't elect you at all l wish we go back to that customs❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
All this man is talking shows that we really need a young generation to lead us. I have always talked about having another capital city, my daughter too says it, he has said it too. But this old age generation trust me they can't add on anything.
