Hi Jocelyn, First of all, I love the hoodie you had on at the beginning of this Vlog. Stay humble and I couldn't see clearly what next part sat, but I believe it said Stay hard. To me you're always humble and true to yourself. Pace yourself during this move, When I moved to Georgia, from Fort Knox I started a whole month early. It really hard trying to work and pack. Hi Jocelyn. The reason the apartment price increased is because of the market. Prices literally can change daily. If you see a low price it's best to lock it in by applying. Consider signing a longer lease. It can be cheaper. Also, winter months are some of the lowest rates. I found all this information out last year when I moved.

Good luck on your move. Have you tried bubble wrap? That is what I use when we moved. I know what you mean about moving a lot when I was younger I did the same. I bought my first home on my own 20 years ago. I kept it used it as a rental and bought another one that I live in now. I have been a Realtor For almost 27yrs now. Stay focused youâre doing a great job and you will get there. See you in the next one.
