Salmorejo is a cream not a soup. I would say that the soup is a dish called Gazpacho that is quite similiar but it has got water instead of bread and more vegetables as green pepper and cucumber apart from that it hasn´t got garlic.

Interesting to note that the roots of flamenco, though somewhat mysterious, seem to lie in the Roma migration from Rajasthan (in northwest India) to Spain between the 9th and 14th centuries. These migrants brought with them musical instruments, such as tambourines, bells, and wooden castanets, and an extensive repertoire of songs and dances.

Thanks for watching Sudeep, It is not that expensive as compared to other european countries. You will be spending about 60-70USD per day including food and accomodation. But the obviously sepends on which city you travel to in Spain :)
