When I arrived from Europe last in Cebu and drove to pier 1 to Bohol there was a long queue and after 24 hours of travel you don't want to wait 😃 A Fixer was immediately there and wanted to help. He said 1100 pesos and he would need my passport 😄 I only had 1500 pesos so he got them and luckily he came back with passport and ticket but kept the money 😁 Long live the helpful people in the Philippines.
So you got scammed 2.5X daily wage for a few hours of waiting in a stupid and inefficient ticket system and you are happy about it! Hooray!

Hahahaha I was just going to say but your tickets at the window not from the guy hollering at you trying to sell you tickets. I had my fiance meet me at the airport and never got overcharged.
@@matrices3987 Yes they earned just 2 1/2 days wages but it's only 15 minutes work for me in Europe and I didn't have to stand in line. And yes, I was happy when the passport was returned 😁😁😁

Hi, I arrived in Cebu city on Friday 06/28/2024 with no problems at the airport, here to see my girlfriend, we were in Howling Dog Saturday because they have local bands that play rock music and good atmosphere, tonight a trip to 301 for some beers and food, I'm hoping to do a boat trip to one of the islands when I'm here. My girlfriend keeps telling me off if I go for a walk around on my own thinking I will not be safe.

Seniors are supposed to get priority but not sure of the reality Tobias. I have seen some ticket counters as listed for old or disabled.
