I lived in Hiroshima for a year in the 1990s. I grew to love the okonomiyaki.
After returning to the US, I've tried many times to find a restaurant where I can find okonomiyaki that is good.
No luck.
I've been to probably 20 restaurants around the central North Carolina area I live, but nobody makes Hiroshima style okonomiyaki that is worth mentioning.
If any viewers know of a restaurant in central NC where I can find some, do let me know.
It's been 30+ years since I've had a decent okonomiyaki.
