The way the challenge system works in uno is, say there is a yellow card on top. If you play a plus four and change it to blue, the opponent gets to challenge. The way the opponent wins that challenge is if you have a yellow card in your hand. If you don't then you will win the challenge.

From what i've read on the instructions paper:
+2 Wild Cards and Wild Color Draws can only be used when you do NOT have the matching COLOR as the top card in the DISCARD pile. (it is acceptable if they have matching numbers/action cards)
So if you think it's being played illegally, you can challenge them, then the challenged person must show their cards to the challenger to see if the challenged person has the matching COLOR as the color picked by the challenged person
If they DO have the matching COLOR, then the challenged person must pick up based on the wild card that was used.
If they DO NOT have the matching COLOR, then the challenger must pickup based on the wild card that was used. (if it's a +2 wild card then the challenger gets 2 extra cards so it's 4.)

The challenge rule is really simple. Lets say if you plus 2 someone and change it from red to yellow, that 'someone' can challenge you. If the 'someone' does, and you have a red in your deck which you could've placed instead of the plus 2, they win and you have to take the 2 instead. if you dont have a red, the "someone' have to take 4 instead.

Challenge rule: For example, Archie wanted Crainer to play a yellow card but then he just played a Wild Draw Two card, which means that Josh could actually challenge Crainer to force him to draw 2 cards because Crainer had to play a yellow card not a Wild Draw card.

A challenge is, i guess if the play had to put down the wild. If the player who put down the wild didn't have a card to play (as in color wise) and you challenged him, you would lose the challenge. If he did have a card to put down (as In color) and then challenged him you would win the challenge.

The challenge is if the cards in the little were blue and if a player could place down a blue card but place down the wild if you challenge it you win, for example when crainer placed down the colour wild card he could of played a blue you challenged it so you didn’t have to pick up cards until you get the colour

No, challenge is when someone puts a plus 4, if they have the colour of the previous card, then the challenger wins and the plus 4 guy picks up 6, if not then the challenger picks up 6

15:04 you only place those types of cards for example the +2 etc. If you cant play but you can sneakily place the sometimes
But if you play them and you could have played without playing any normal card the can try and catch you out but if they challenge and you where telling the truth that you couldn't play any other card then it backfires and adds 2 onto it

This is how the challange works:
If a person plays a +4 and they change the color to blue and the next person stacks it and changes to yellow for example you are trying to see if the person that stacked had blue and changes it because he didnt wanna pick up 4 od because he didnt have a blue

Pitch Black Side: The skip all card skips everyone else, and not only that, no matter what card you pick on your next turn, you will skip everyone AGAIN. The +5 cards on the dark side are +25 cards now, and the wild +2 on the light side is the wild +25 card.

The challenged player must show you (the challenger) their hand. If guilty, the challenged player must draw the cards until they get the chosen color instead of you. However, if the challenged player is innocent, you must draw the cards until you get the chosen color PLUS an additional 2 cards!

yo josh the way challenging works is when they throw down a wild that would give u cards u can challenge it and what that means is say the color is yellow then someone throws down a wild u challenge them to see if they have a yellow if they have a yellow then they get all the cards if they don't have a yellow then u lose and it was a draw 4 now u would have to draw 6 and thats all hope i helped
