Handicapping a Slow Day of Racing

Looking at the 3rd day of racing from the Keeneland Fall Meet. It's a slow start to the day, but things pick up later in the card.
Another race where two-horse Dutch betting helped us win with the only two true contenders being bet. Also, some interesting handicapping setups give way to betting against some short-priced runners.
A key daily double and a max win bet help us win on the day.
Most importantly, we see why Nest was a complete toss for me in the Spinster.
