    I had to seen my VCMI in last month because it stop working. I just received information from Autel today, I will be receiving a brand new VCMI from Autel.

    Had a MS906 got buggy restore lost vehicles so upgraded to 906bt yet from day one had to use cord on vci to connect ,,, Autels answer looked opened ??? a brand new device with warranty for what purporse would you pay that much for a tool to never work as intended??? needless to say it to has become buggy but know better than to buy another sub just to get failed service on a product! so thank GOD for backups for as much as autel brags my old snap on ultra still rocks without a subscription and i can restore to same point i bought it ?? why does Autel have a restore option that will render tool useless???

      if you had a consultant I can guarantee your experience would have been different. I dont know how our supplier works but all of my client's tools, I manage their software. So if they do have any issues like the one you mentioned, I will first see if I can rectify the issue remotely, then if its a severe problem then I will do a factory reset IF my client has a valid subscription. I cant speak for Autel on why they did it they way but there are ways around it if you have the right strategy.

      @@AutelConsultancy right strategy having a restore option that wipes usefulness???? i have 3 different autel tools all crippled buying a tool then having to fret about warranty enough to purchase an extra consultant??? my snap ons or old as dirt every one works even the old brick??? if i thought i needed a consultant then its the wrong tool for a limited budget, not everyone making bank off scan tools??? you yourself mentioned factory reset yet with warranty that makes your job usless to me no offense but my tools were under warranty said scription based joke when they fell down and refused to go on,, most all my issues are software related except vci doa! i appreciate your take but fixes not a single thing!

      @@badwabbit1973 Lessons in life repeat until they are learned. If you had 3 autel tools and they are all doing the same thing , maybe you should try a different approach? Ive been getting this complaint for years so that's why I took action to solve it. Unlike the vendor who doesn't care for you, I can actually get tools repaired after their warranty ended. Im on your side my friend and with no emotion im just preventing a problem that I observed. If you dont want this solution don't buy from a consultant like my self. If your way is helping your customer thats all I care about.

      @@AutelConsultancy FOR A CONSULTANT YOU DONT READ VERY WELL! ms906 got buggy did restore wiped vehicle coverage, ms906bt is buggy but vci needs to be pluged into tool to work, ts508 just errors alot?? how are these 3 items the same? same warranty was refused on all tools? same coruption of software /hardware not following the same theory???
