Hey, just wanted to say that my husband and I tried to conceive for nearly 5 years. Had 2 losses in that time and did 5 iuis that all failed. Didn't really feel comfortable with ivf nor have the money for it. Kinda just tried to come to terms with being childless, and now here I am 19 weeks pregnant! Naturally conceived! It was all God, nothing I did or anyone else. It's truly possible, it could happen for you too! Keep the faith ❤

Don’t give up hope! There are many people who get pregnant after an ectopic. I know someone who had an ectopic and needed emergency surgery. She had 2 healthy pregnancies after the ectopic. She didn’t need any assistance to get pregnant after the ectopic. There is hope! We’re here to cheer you on!

Maggie, you can't get let this get you down. Babies are worth the anxiety and effort. It's hard. Not denying all that. I was told I could never have kids too. But for all the effort and difficulty I can say having my kids is the hardest and best thing I did. I'm 83 today. My kids are middle aged. They have been everything to me all my life and continue to be all that to me. If you can have kids that's so nice. I also have step kids I love just as much. We are a big family but it's wonderful to see them and share in the trajectory of their lives. Good for you.

I'm a Crohns person and an older person. My son is 20. I just wanted to give you my not opinion but advice. With what just happened with ectopic pregnancy and how very hard that was on you emotionally and I'm sure mentally and knowing how stress and anxiety do a number on our bodies (my head and GI tract are connected). If I were you I would do a couple of rounds of IVF I understand that it is more expensive but you know you can get pregnant on your own so you would probably only need 1 round that round gives you a 48%, and it goes up the 2nd round to 61%. Those odds are much better than what 10% each cycle.
Just a though wishing you love and luck

The hard part is right now you are doing this for an unknown dream. Reality though is you are doing all this for that child. Once you know that child if asked what you would go through for their life, you would do anything, even lay down your own life without question. You're just doing it all before you meet him or her, but they will be here someday and will the best human being you will ever meet in your life. 💗💗

So regarding the tubes - they are not actually attached to your ovaries. There is tissue that helps direct the egg into the tube and obviously the closer one to the ovary is more likely to 'catch' the egg, but it's not impossible for it to drift over and be caught by the other one. (Diagrams of the reproductive system make it look like everything is attached, but it isn't!)

I went through infertility with both my boys. They are 25 & 30. The 25 was a fraternal twin & I lost his brother at the end of the first trimester. I never regretted going through it for one second, even through the month after month of negative pregnancy tests. It is worth it.

You know that y'all will be in my prayers for whatever choice you make. My ex coworker had 4 children after an ectopic that cost 1 of her fallopian tubes. Now she's a grandmother! I also know first hand the feelings after losing a pregnancy. I'm not gonna lie though, kids can be hard! It's the hardest, most rewarding job ever. I once told friends that even though giving birth was painful, I still wish babies were born with an instruction manual 😂

I have Crohn's Disease and currently Iron Deficiency Anemia which I've had repeatedly before. I've had two Intestinal Resections and am less capable of absorbing nutrients from food and supplements. I am requesting that you do a video on your experience(if any) with Anemia and anything you may have found to be helpful. I've been watching your channel for at least 5 years. It's been long enough that I don't remember how far back. Thank you for everything.

If it helps, when my period came back after nursing my kids, it was "regular" but I would still be a few days off and that's normal. After what you went through, I don't believe that is unusual and I studied midwifery since I was 12 because I wanted to be a midwife. I never got there, but I still know enough to deliver a baby in an elevator in a movie LOL I'm glad you're doing good after all you've been through. You're an inspiration.
