Yes, Ford botched this redesign sooooo badly and it’s unforgivable because this is likely the last gas-powered Mustang and the last Mustang with an available manual transmission. This design should have been sooooo much better. I have to say this is my very least favorite Mustang design. Even the 71-73s and the Mustang IIs are better.
@@brian5o I don't think it will be. I suspect the reason they call the Mach-E a mustang is for some government loophole that may allow them to keep or make some crazy gas engines for the foreseeable future.
Two biggest complaints with these s650s is the terrible numbness in the steering, massive killer, and the power loss, other than that s650 is one of my favorite variants
I love all Mustangs especially mine past and present. 650s are beautiful but the 550s still have that more muscle car look. Currently I have a 22 Atlas blue GT premium w/pp and it looks so much more meaner then friends 650s. But being the anniversary I may have to pick one up but I don't think I'm getting rid of my s550
My grandfather had a641/2 blue convertible he was gonna give it to me when I was 16 but I told him I’d tear it up cause I was young and dumb. I than told him someone would pay him good money for it and one day he pulled it out of the garage and a man stopped by out antique shopping with his wife and gave him 25 k probably lat 1990’s been fascinated with them ever since. My dad was more of a corvette guy when I was a kid. I’m just a gear head thru and thru to say the least.
After nearly 50 yrs finally buying a brand new S550 GT premium with performance pkg, for a lot of money. Ive discovered no Ford product is worth a penny over $1200. Ford can F off.

The 2015 50th anniversary colors were kona blue and Wimbledon white.

Obviously, Mustangs were made in 1964. They were early production 1965 models. People who think there are 1964 1/2 model Mustangs are delusional.
