physically obanai is probably one of the weakest pillars (insect and sound pillars are the only 2 that seem to be physically weaker) however in terms of pure skill/technique obani seems to be the most skilled pillar as he not only good with his sword but also seems to be a decent hand to hand combat fighter as hes able to moe his/hands and feet fast enough to quickly kick away muzans limbs once there seered from his body before muzans near instant regeneration kicks in (it literally takes muzan a fraction of a second to reattach his head when his neck got sliced through a few chapters ago so obanai has some insane reaction time/reflexes and skill to be able to knock away muzans limbs before they can reattach to his body).
Missed opportunity from the author not letting Iguro fight/kill an Upper Moon would’ve showcased his strength more thus him and Sanemi loathed demons the most but sadly they can’t run into Upper Moons. I wish Iguro would’ve arrived at the Upper moon 4 fighy and deliever the Finalest blow

Iguro was definetly the one I thought it was the weakest back in the day. His attitude and all seemed like he was to an extent jealous of other Hashira and even some Normal slayer's...but after finishjing the manga my perspective changed a lot...he was a true Hashira until the end, a true warrior that never backed down from a fight. I wouldnt say hes my favorite or anything but I feel at the beginning of the manga he isnt done much of a favour and then he legit sky rockets at the end.
Even though iguro is currently fighting better than giyuu you have to remember that giyuu fought upper moon 3 who was much harder to defeat than upper moon 4 which is why he is exhausted

Final battle with Muzan Obanai: i am the weakest hashira , i am pulling everyone back. Also *Giganai* fighting for kanrozis part as well , unlocked every single power up in the middle of the battle as well being the only hashira that was 85% part of the final battle. *AND* Using his own body to shield Tanziro from the Maw's of Muzan.

But Tengen is very strong it was said his physical strength is second under the stone pillar he even fougth with one arm missing and a damaged eye along with poison in his body. Tengen said that the mist and stone pillar are stronger than him but upper moon 6 said he was strong. He was able to fight while protecting Tanjiro and the others and his overall strength is crazy being able to hold a sword with only using the grip of his two fingers. Even though he needed help he was still able to hold his own.
You never mentioned that Obanai is basically fresh and 100% compared to Gyomei, Sanemi, and Giyu when they started to fight Muzan. Those three just finished fighting UM1 and 3. Granted, him being able to keep up without the mark while Mitsuri cannot is definitely impressive. But I don't think Obanai would break the top 3 among the Pillars. The top 3 would be Gyomei, Sanemi, and Tokitou. He can probably surpass Giyu, but that's the highest he'll probably get.
just passing by I disagree, i believe that Iguro is among top 3 strongest because he has been keeping up with Muzans attacks without any special power boosts. He is just now using a mark and is about to kick ass. Tokitou died against UM1 and still, Iguro is fighting against Muzan. You can argue age and all but still. Iguro has been one of the strongest and its becoming more prominent in the chapters.

He basically surpasses koko by 100 fold. In that itself its amazing to see that iguro, without a mark or a red blade was keeping up just fine. And then, he figured out how to turn his blade red without any knowledge but an educated guess. Not only that, he’s literally slowing down muzans regeneration by kicking his sliced limbs. Hes smart, strategic, and a critical thinker. I think thats what makes him a top 3 pillar.

@Giovanni Erik Sandu Maybe he did nothing shown in the series before the final arc ,because the author didn't gave him much screen time,based on his backstory, he became a hashira in short period of time,created his own breathing and proceeded to kill many demons and save many people meaning he did good deeds off screen.He also trained tanjiro and taught him important things.He also fought muzan without a mark in the beginning, when muzan was 1st stage poisoned (not that weakened) and got jumped by base iguro,marked mitsuri &marked giyuu.Not only did iguro faced muzan without a mark at the beginning ,but he also saved tanjiro from being finished and protected, saved and carried mitsuri &giyuu.He is underrated and easily either top 2 strongest hashira or 3rd

No the reason why he was the strongest there is cuz he had the most energy and strength. Remember Sanemi and Gyomei just finished defeating Kokushibo (who’s powers r nearly as strong as Muzan’s) and they immediately had to fight Muzan right after, and they were pretty wounded and tired. It’s weird. I never really liked Obanai. All he really did was talk and dig his elbow into Tanjiro’s back. After watching this video, I realized that he had a devastating past, and he wants to die because he thinks that he isn’t enough for Mitsuri. He never deserved anything that happened to him, and now whenever he’s mean in the show, I really don’t care and still have sympathy for him. Now Obanai and Mitsuri are by far, with out a doubt, my favorite ship in the entire show.
I still think Giyuu is stronger because he fought upper moon three and then went straight into fighting Muzan so he’s injured as well as fatigued so I think that’s why he’s doing better then Giyuu

Everyone says that he hasn’t beaten anybody. Which is true but I am a bit biased because he is my favourite. But he wouldn’t talk down everybody without having any skills to back it up. The mangaka hasn’t given him a chance, how are we this far into the story and he hasn’t beaten anybody!? And yes I know the others were way more fatigued, but if he can handle Muzan for this long he could at least be on par with the water pillar! Also don’t forget he would have died if his friend didn’t step in I believe Anime Uproar might be right. Feel free to send me criticism I am open minded and don’t mind hearing the other side to the story.

bacon god i agree to an extent whilst Rengoku did hold his own Akaza told him he was unable to surpass his human limits which meant the seeing through world and probably a demon slayer mark and red blade. Other pillars such as muichiro and Gyomei and sanemi were able to achieve and so have surpassed him in strength, I believe most pillars with their marks could surpass rengoku
bacon god dude Akaza wasn’t going all out fighting against rengoku and only escaped to avoid the sun.. plus Giyu was able to survive Akaza’s most powerful attack with serious but non fatal injuries with a broken sword and his demon slayer mark disappeared. Plus rengoku saved all those people before his fight with Akaza not during it
Arthur Morgan well since Giyu has the crimson blade/demon slayer mark as of Chapter 190 I think he’s above rengoku and Obanai but other than that your list is about right

I know he's strong but you're probably giving him too much credit. Sanemi gyomei giyu are all exhausted from their fight with the uppermoons. But iguro, you can say his stamina didn't go down alot because his enemy was not really that strong. Sure his enemy is annoying to fight but without that fortress thingy his enemy would be useless. Compare that to giyu who fought akaza,who killed rengoku (rengoku is stronger than iguro when he was alive). Gyomei and sanemi fought the upper demon 1 which can't be compared to the other upper moons. So it's only natural that iguro would play like a big part in this fight because he hasn't really shown his strength yet. Anyway that's my opinion. You can believe whatever you want.
I 95% agree with you. Most of the people just put Iguro at 2nd and even at the top just because he was badass when fighting Muzan. They have to know that Iguro was almost at full stamina while other 3 pillars was tired as hell after fighting with the upper moon 1 & 3 then went straight to fighting Muzan. I think you are making him sound strong, because we don't have so much information about him. I personally think his real streng is to be assassin, because he is quick and very hard to spot. And yes it will be okay if he gets op, but I still think he is much better to be someone who kills his enemy fast as possible.
Awesome video! Great work as always! However, I have to disagree with Iguro’s place in the Hashira because of the terms in which he fought Muzan. I would argue that Sanemi and even Muichiro are both stronger than him because Tokito fought UPPER ONE while cut in half and while dying, not to mention he unlocked the transparent world while doing so. Sanemi had way less stamina against Muzan because he had received significant injuries against Kokushibo as well, while Iguro received none against Nakime (who is not a real Upper Moon). I would say that Obanai is ranked fourth because he has certainly surpassed Rengoku by fighting for longer and even carrying a much stronger Tanjiro while blind, but do notes that even with the mark, he had significant help. So yeah, there’s my take.

just passing by I disagree, i believe that Iguro is among top 3 strongest because he has been keeping up with Muzans attacks without any special power boosts. He is just now using a mark and is about to kick ass. Tokitou died against UM1 and still, Iguro is fighting against Muzan. You can argue age and all but still. Iguro has been one of the strongest and its becoming more prominent in the chapters.

He basically surpasses koko by 100 fold. In that itself its amazing to see that iguro, without a mark or a red blade was keeping up just fine. And then, he figured out how to turn his blade red without any knowledge but an educated guess. Not only that, he’s literally slowing down muzans regeneration by kicking his sliced limbs. Hes smart, strategic, and a critical thinker. I think thats what makes him a top 3 pillar.

@Giovanni Erik Sandu Maybe he did nothing shown in the series before the final arc ,because the author didn't gave him much screen time,based on his backstory, he became a hashira in short period of time,created his own breathing and proceeded to kill many demons and save many people meaning he did good deeds off screen.He also trained tanjiro and taught him important things.He also fought muzan without a mark in the beginning, when muzan was 1st stage poisoned (not that weakened) and got jumped by base iguro,marked mitsuri &marked giyuu.Not only did iguro faced muzan without a mark at the beginning ,but he also saved tanjiro from being finished and protected, saved and carried mitsuri &giyuu.He is underrated and easily either top 2 strongest hashira or 3rd

Remember Sanemi and Gyomei just finished defeating Kokushibo (who’s powers r nearly as strong as Muzan’s) and they immediately had to fight Muzan right after, and they were pretty wounded and tired. It’s weird. I never really liked Obanai. All he really did was talk and dig his elbow into Tanjiro’s back. After watching this video, I realized that he had a devastating past, and he wants to die because he thinks that he isn’t enough for Mitsuri. He never deserved anything that happened to him, and now whenever he’s mean in the show, I really don’t care and still have sympathy for him. Now Obanai and Mitsuri are by far, with out a doubt, my favorite ship in the entire show.

Everyone says that he hasn’t beaten anybody. Which is true but I am a bit biased because he is my favourite. But he wouldn’t talk down everybody without having any skills to back it up. The mangaka hasn’t given him a chance, how are we this far into the story and he hasn’t beaten anybody!?
And yes I know the others were way more fatigued, but if he can handle Muzan for this long he could at least be on par with the water pillar! Also don’t forget he would have died if his friend didn’t step in I believe Anime Uproar might be right. Other pillars such as muichiro and Gyomei and sanemi were able to achieve and so have surpassed him in strength, I believe most pillars with their marks could surpass rengoku

Plus rengoku saved all those people before his fight with Akaza not during it
Arthur Morgan well since Giyu has the crimson blade/demon slayer mark as of Chapter 190 I think he’s above rengoku and Obanai but other than that your list is about right
It’s so upsetting how low I have to put Uzui but he’s not as strong as we make him out to be, that being said he is the only Pillar to survive his Upper moon fight by himself

I know he's strong but you're probably giving him too much credit. Sanemi gyomei giyu are all exhausted from their fight with the uppermoons. But iguro, you can say his stamina didn't go down alot because his enemy was not really that strong. Sure his enemy is annoying to fight but without that fortress thingy his enemy would be useless. Compare that to giyu who fought akaza,who killed rengoku (rengoku is stronger than iguro when he was alive). Gyomei and sanemi fought the upper demon 1 which can't be compared to the other upper moons. So it's only natural that iguro would play like a big part in this fight because he hasn't really shown his strength yet. Anyway that's my opinion. You can believe whatever you want.

Awesome video! Great work as always! However, I have to disagree with Iguro’s place in the Hashira because of the terms in which he fought Muzan. I would argue that Sanemi and even Muichiro are both stronger than him because Tokito fought UPPER ONE while cut in half and while dying, not to mention he unlocked the transparent world while doing so. Sanemi had way less stamina against Muzan because he had received significant injuries against Kokushibo as well, while Iguro received none against Nakime (who is not a real Upper Moon). I would say that Obanai is ranked fourth because he has certainly surpassed Rengoku by fighting for longer and even carrying a much stronger Tanjiro while blind, but do notes that even with the mark, he had significant help. So yeah, there’s my take.
