I like the 20 acre property you are selling in small lots to build homes on. Can you tell me the size and price of one of the larger lots?? I think you said it is very close to Vilcabamba - looks amazing. I saw two homes in San Joaquin you have on your listing - the smaller one is too small but the bigger one (furnished I think and about $450.000) is something I would be interested in - still available??

Thanks for the info- especially on the covid restrictions. Currently looking for the most free place to live so this was useful. Do you think a mandated vaccine/covid passport would ever become a likely thing there? Looking for a safe haven of some normality!
Hey Jb, I don't foresee a mandated vaccine to travel within the country. There is the possibility in the future that all countries will adopt the requirement that you be vaccinated before entering their country. Ecuador could be one of them. However, once you're here I don't see that they would enforce it domestically for travel/grocery shopping etc. Even if they tried, the government/police are generally unorganized and lack implementation and follow through with many of their measures that they enact. My suggestion is to make your way to Vilcabamba sooner than later and get yourself setup. This is a safe haven for sure. why don’t you give prices on real estate
Hey Mike, we can’t easily update prices in all of the different publications we post properties in when the seller asks us to change the sale price during a listing period. For this reason we don’t post the price and instead include a link in the description taking you to our website where you can easily find the price of each of our property listings.
Can you recommend a good spot for an anti mask family with two children? We need to escape the fascist country we are in right now. Our kids are 10 and 11.
