Hello my friend! Strange feeling to see it for sale, it's a part of yourself, but I understand. The show must go on😁. I would like to have it in my garage. For that I have to sell one of my bikes I give you a call soon. Cheers bro
Great build and finished vehicle, very inspiring to see what can be done with some imagination and creativity! Good luck with the sale, and look forward to more projects!
Best of luck with the sale Bryan, the Rat looks an awesome bit of kit and somebody somewhere will get a fantastic purchase. Onwards with the next project Bud.
She's a little beauty; pity you have to move it on, but with more builds on the horizon, we're all winners. Hope you get your asking price! Cheers, from OZ.
Such a great little car Bryan. Thanks for all your videos, I love to watch how you create these wicked machines. Also, the music is outstanding, and the people you meet are fun and interesting. Nick.
It's brill that proper mechanical and aesthetic works of art and engineering can still be made, found and used in Britain. Small and perfectly formed by you, Bryan, this Special is delightful. Bl**dy well done. Btw, l don't think l've seen a 'guide price' yet; could you give us a 'steer', please, man?❤
Thank God my garage is full of bikes !! Its been a wonderful series Bryan , it would fit in well at some of the vintage hill climbs with all those mad "specials" . Onwards we go .
Great. But I imagine getting it road legal anywhere in Europe would a challenge, Id love it, but here in Norway, which is a hangaround vasil state of the EU, they would have a fit when you presented it for approval.
Good luck will the sale! I'm building a Datsun Special out of a Datsun 720 driveline and Datsun 520 chassis. My version of a race special that Datsun never built... but perhaps should have. I find lots of inspiration in your builds. I appreciate your tenacity and problem solving when building truly unique autos.
Gonna miss the rat when it's gone if I had the cash I would snap it up .Great build Brian you have a great eye for what looks right ,keep going fella ,I have all your t shirts and a hoodie, they look great too .Good luck difficult to put a price on the rat ,way over 10k I would expect. Cheers Will
Nice fun car. Be cool zapping around Down the Spainish beaches. Good luck with sale. I see there is lot of effort and thought gone into the Rat. Thanks for video. 👍✌️
Greetings from Oz mate. Really enjoyed this vid, I’ve subscribed and I’m adding you to my 2 other fav fab guys, Puddins fab shop and Bad Chad. Very entertaining. Well done.
I would like to get it, but I don't think the USA would let me put it on the road without changing a bunch of things on it. It's a cool car. Waiting to see what you build next.
Not everyone understands. Ownership of the completed car is probably not the main drive in building it. If you're like me 75% of the fun is the engineering challenge of putting it together. And while you're doing that dreaming of the next project. Ill keep watching this channel don't worry.
Loved the Rat build up. But life moves on. The Hook too was great, that went. You have to free up funds to keep doing what you love most...building the cars. Good luck with the sale Bryan. Sure it will fly out the door. Onwards and upwards.
Diggin all the Vintage Gizmos n Gadgets ,you used. Thats always been my style too. Swap meets n Ebay finds. And our creative wheels turning. 1 thing i always strive for is dependability and simplicity. Original body colors make it Authentic. Its such a Kool ride Brother, im sure its already sold🤙🤙🔧🛠️🔧🛠️🏁🏁🏁
exactly that mate ...as i put right at the beginning of the rat series ' adding power makes you faster on the straights, simplify and add lightness.....colin chapman" amen brother !!!
LOVE this car. Great design brief, and well executed. Sad to be not currently flush and be on the wrong side of the world  Good luck with sale, hopefully it goes to a great home where it's treasured.
Sad to hear you are selling the Rat, but I understand why. I think the car is an absolute masterpiece. Can't wait to see more progress on the Leaf. Great job.
It’s been great watching the build. I’m definitely interested in taking it off your hands but I’m struggling to place a value on it. A guide to give me a starting point would be great.
Hi, I love the Rat videos, I would like build one to, but where do you get the bits? I saw the video on going to pick up a chassis a engine plus bits. Ebay is the only place I can think of and those prices are silly. Could you do a video of how you find stuff how contact is made etc. Also another video I would like to see is one about registration of your vehicles with the dvla, what do you need in terms of identity
I used to be 5'10" not been that for some time. More like 5'8" these days. Could I reach the pedals??? I also get cold these days, do you think a brolley would keep in the warm??? Main use would be to race across London would I have to pay any of T**t faces charges??? Will the wheels smoke up and the car doughnut essential for provoking the City police force. A bit brassic at present bloody bank puts you through a grand inquisition every time you want to withdraw more than a tenner. So would you consider swapping for a 306 half a dozen knacker lawnmowers and a Honda FT 500. also knackered.I could probably throw in some old iron to sweeten the deal.
first comment and it comes with mixed feelings. I wish I could put an offer in, but I just dont have the Money. would you take a 300 Deere as a trade ? Cant wait to see what's next.
Amazing car! I'm curious about the street legal status of the it. How do you get away with no lights, mudguards etc. I don't know how it complies with historic status, being so heavily modified. Enlighten me someone.
Daylight only MOT and the status of mudguards is "vague". If it's not raining you don't need them - different story if it is raining. They aren't required for the MOT test.
Nice vehicle. How did you get around the provisions of The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 No. 1078 PART II K Regulation 63, with respect to wings not being fitted to cover the wheels? Wings. (1) Save as provided in paragraph (4), this regulation applies to- (a)invalid carriages; (b)heavy motor cars, motor cars and motor cycles, not being agricultural motor vehicles or pedestrian-controlled vehicles; (c)agricultural motor vehicles driven at more than 20 mph; and (d)trailers. (2) Subject to paragraphs (3) and (5), every vehicle to which this regulation applies shall be equipped with wings or other similar fittings to catch, so far as practicable, mud or water thrown up by the rotation of its wheels or tracks.
Sorry dude! I always thought the Rat would be a keeper. I think this is going to be like that hot young brilliant girlfriend that ran off and broke your heart :-) Anyway I'll go out and buy a lotto ticket today if I win big I'll be sending you an email!
That car is a true work of art. Even if only car guys can see it in that light.
This is different, who doesn't like different?
Good on you mate.
Am definitely going to watch the series,
Ciao Ciao
thanks mate....hope you enjoy the series😎
If I had the money, a place to store it, and an understanding girlfriend I'd love to give that a home. It's beautiful - it just looks 'right'.
The Austin 10 Special is a masterpiece, it deserves a price tag that reflects that, and the hundreds of hours into it.
Good luck with the sale Bryan. Some one will be getting a real piece of kinetic art and a great deal of fun.
The Perfect Car!!!!

Same thing in North America.

she is kool!
Oh Noooooooooooo 😱
Would you consider a raffle? (that'll be the only way I could afford the Rat) How do you put a price on such a work of art?
If there was any way I could get this thing road legel here in Germany I would be at your door in a jiffy, but since Brexit, no chance. So sad.
Hai, can i ask..
How many have you built ?
I love the Concept, its perfect…….AND..it looks Save..👍
Up too the next one..thanks.
For a minute there I thought you said welcome to WOKE swamp... I nearly spat out my beer....
Put CZcams subtitles on and that's what they think too!

Man I wish I had the money
Are the cobwebs extra?😅😅😅

@@geoffryall-harvey7324 So would it be historic then? I thought if a car had been heavily modified it wouldn't comply.
These are issues best not discussed on an open forum like this. The DVLA reads these posts too - as others have found out to their cost
it will come with a actual mot ....not a historic one
Nice vehicle. How did you get around the provisions of The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 No. 1078 PART II K Regulation 63, with respect to wings not being fitted to cover the wheels?
Wings.

(c)agricultural motor vehicles driven at more than 20 mph; and

Totally illegal in Canada.

Fantastic work pal.
Good luck Bryan. What a shame you have to sell it but it’s understandable.
