I can, too! I read her autobiography and she said she sang Blue Kentucky Girl because her aunt told her to once and that's what got her started. I wish she'd sung that or this on the tribute album to Loretta.
notice she used no capo and played full cords on the whole tune most gals back then used a cheater to change keys.. that must be why epiphone made her a custom guitar with her name on it for back then she was a real guitar player as well as a singer... more years go by the more respect for her i get real deal

maybe i'm wrong but it seems like at the end she stops playing and the music keeps going for a bit. So... It seems that she didn't actually play for that show, which was pretty common back then on tv shows i don't know why.

The vid is taken from HeeHaw. They were known for putting stuff like the dancing pigs on the screen. It was meant to be "cute".
I dont believe Mrs. Lynn messed up her own words. HeeHaw was considered a family show. It is my belief a producer "requested" the wording change.
