So I've always wondered if using your BPI Visa or Mastercard will have different forex rates.
In this video, tested our both BPI cards with 1.85% Forex Transaction Fee to see which will give us a better rate.

Commenting in this video yet again since it's been a year since I got my BPI gold MC (first CC). I was thinking of upgrading it to either platinum amore cashback, MC platinum or visa signature. Is visa signature still worth it, sir Jax? 😀 I would like to use it mainly for miles purposes sana. EW Krisflyer world MC yung goal card ko but medyo pihikan sila, have to work for it pa, and di na nakahabol sa prime days of Citi Premiere miles. 😅
hello po ang ganda ng video nyo. Tanong ko lang po pwede din po kaya abroad yung MetroBank Rewards plus VISA CREDIT CARD sa abroad? andito po ako sa australia. At ttanong ko na din po kung pwede pa kaya i activate? kase nung bago ako umalis tumawag po sila tinanong kung a-activate ko pa abi ko po baka hindi na. Pero ngayon andito ako gusto ko sya gamitin dinalako po kase. Thanks in advance po sa sagot. Godbless

Thanks for this, Jax! Been using my Blue MC everytime I travel abroad. I think it's time na pagbalik sa Pinas I ask for Visa Sig card. Ask ko lang din, if u have at least 500k na savings sa BPI, maapprove ka ka kaya sa Visa Sig? I have blue mc with 200k cl but i have roughly 600k savings sa BPI. BPI client since 2018. First cc ko rin tong blue (7 months palang), pinili ko to because of low AF compared to other cards. Sana pala I ask for Visa Sig. Lagi international transactions ko coz im working as seaman. Not a fan of having cc kase until I found your YT channel.

Regarding BPI Visa Signature credit card, Are there ways on waiving the annual fee? I called this day and also they are said no waivers daw.
Are there any ways to cut or to downgrade? What are the requirements for cutting or downgrading the BPI Visa Signature?

I am planning to get a BPI visa signature card but my annual income is 1.3M and the annual requirement for spending is 1.2M to be able to automatically waive annual fees. Is it ok to request for waiver even if I dont have to spend accumulated 1.2M?

mababa pa rin yes, so its a good card to use abroad 1.70% ang forex txn fee :)

Nag prchase ako sa payall is april 14 due narecieve ko pera.. then statement of accnt ko is april 28(nung isang araw) expected ko kasama daw sa Statement ko ung initial Monthly payment ko ng payall ko eh.. pero bat kaya wala sa statememt ko di po sya pumasok? Or baka next month pa po? Nag tataka ako na baka di lng napapasama sa Statement pero need syang bayaran Monthly😅
