    My son’s arm has been bugging him. I knew about little league elbow and that is what he’s dealing with. BUT what has been confusing is that the outside has also hurt at times. And this video made that all make sense! Glad I found this…

    I would love to see some details about specifics you do for little league elbow returning to throw. I am also intetested in rehab-ing mechanics of younger players (10-12)

    Thanks for this video! Did you make the return to throw video? My son is 12 and quit baseball bc of little leaguer elbow pain. I want to try and rehab him at home and see if we can get him throwing pain free.

    Son was casted for 6 weeks for panner's. We would love return to throw ideas. He can't fully extend his arm at this time.

    How often should I do these exercises and what is the recommened reps? Like twice a day and 20 each time reps or what would you recommend..

      And should i do this in the healing process or should i wait for my arm to be healed and then start this therapy “little league elbow”
