Thanks for the recommendation man 👍. I just ordered the 11” to give it a try. I’ve had the 13” vented for over a year and it does pretty well but on the highway above 70+ I start getting pretty bad buffeting on my helmet. I’ve messed with the angles on the fairing as well, but you seem to be about same height so maybe a tad shorter is the solution to my problem. 🙂🏍️👍
@@jstockwell73 top of the windshield tilted towards me worked best. I previously had it the opposite way (away from me and most upright/vertical position) and this gave me violent buffeting
On the inside there are two screws on each side of the fairing that when you loosen up with an L/allen key, you can play around with the tilt, then tighten back up
@@321letsjam6 I don’t have the bike anymore, so I’m working off memory here but with the screws you’ll see about 1 to 1.5 inch wide space where the screws can move to make the fairing tilt in each direction. You’ll have to adjust each of them evenly.
I am now running the 11 inch with no issues at the most angled position (I'm 5'8) - Originally I had the 11 inch at the most upright position and had bad buffeting, so I thought I needed the 13 inch. I ran with the 13 for a while and decided to try the 11 one more time and mess with the tilt after reading about it. It worked! Still have the 11 inch and happy with it.

This is legit and works ! Thank you
Thanks for info man
What do you mean by most horizontal position?
Yeah poor wording on my part. I meant the most angled/tilted position possible. I found the air hitting my helmet was less turbulent
@@RunCMDmoto so is the top of the windshield being tilted towards you or away from you (as you sit on the bike)?

Where are you adjusting the tilt?

@@RunCMDmoto are you talking about the two screws that are bolted on the the L brackets that connect to the mounts?

I got confused?... After all said and done, 11" or 13" ?🤔
