I read this book ages ago and remember enjoying it but I can barely recall anything about it so maybe I should revisit it and see if it holds up, and thanks for the review!
I have the same edition. Bought it because I loved the cover and enjoyed the prologue. Too bad the rest of the book didn't live up to those first twenty pages or so.
Yeah, I found the characters and their situations in the prologue to be far more interesting than anything in the main part of the book. A shame we never heard from any of them again.
Great review, man! Gotta admit, it ain’t great lol. I read this recently, in the past six months, and reviewed it on my other channel. I don’t hate it, but it’s definitely a mess. The pedo stuff was so disturbing and sick. But it’s extreme horror, so I get why it’s there. Not defending it, but I get it. I still can’t wait to read more of his stuff, sometime. I think he’ll definitely have better books, as you said.

Bentley Littles books are about as inspiring and unique as the titles of his books.
