- This is the hardest challenge I've ever worked on and one of the most involved projects I've ever completed. This is the story of about 40 shiny Pokemon, nearly 100 hours of gameplay, and months of video editing. Hope you enjoy :)

The little speech at the end, how in life you can fail over and over again, as long as you use it as an opportunity to grow, then the suffering will be worth it. Hearing that kinda tugged my heartstrings a bit. I also love how compassionate you are about Kieran. Sure its fun to laugh at his "edginess" but looking at him through a different perspective, he kind of represents us in our darkest times, you know?

Ive played a lot of Pokémon games, and Kierans story has been the most interesting one ive ever seen in a while, so I knew I had to include some of that in the video. especially since I was struggling through thr challenge myself haha
Actually so underrated. The quality of this video surpasses like 90% of challenge run content out there.

This video was fucking incredible and I'm shocked it isn't getting the recognition it deserves. This was also my first real look at the entire story of this dlc so was a nice bonus. An interesting bit of lore you may not have noticed. You mentioned Kieren 'found himself a Masterball'. Not exactly, if you remember when you defeated him and became BB Champion, you were gifted a Masterball. The one he used is the one he was given for becoming BB Champion. Your Masterball wasn't just a reward to you, it was foreshadowing.
Very interesting, I just assumed that they had a fair number of master balls lying around blueberry Academy
The place seems very high-tech, especially since they have an item printer. I just assumed he worked with the profesors to get his hands on one but it very well could have been a reward for being champion. Definitely foreshadowing too.
Just went back on the video and Drayton's exact words were 'The academy's got a prize for people like you who make it all the way to being Champion.'
They deffinitly didn't need to use those words, so certainly hinting Drayton and Kieren both have a Masterball themselves.
But maybe I'm seriously reading into thst too much. :p
@@KaoticKitsune Pretty specific words for sure... I wouldn't worry about reading into the plot/dialoge too much. There is probably a good amount of foreshadowing to uncover because it's clear they put a lot of thought into the story, especially when it comes to Kieran's character.
@KonaE4 as you said thisnwas a blind playthrough, do you have any intention to continue with the epilogue? The final fights can be interesting.
@@KaoticKitsune I did do a good chunk of the content after the credits, pretty much everything except for the battles in the clubroom.
