Coin Spin tutorial

Here are a few skills that can be used as drills to help facilitate the progress of your coin spin. There are many approaches to learning a coin spin. I've chosen these few drills to share based on some of the hurdles students are challenged with such as: The initial drop in. This is actually super helpful! I had been doing coin in a gym wheel to get used to the feeling of the move, but trying to get into coin in a cyr wheel without a spotter has been so terrifying. I will definitely be trying this out at the gym this week, thanks!
