You need to flip through that paper! When an elderly relative of mine died back in the 80's relatives were grabbing stacks of newspapers and paperbags and letters and pitching them in the fire out in the yard until they discovered there was money slid inside of them.....who knows how much they burned! Also found Prince Albert tobacco tins with money in them. Examine everything, including the furniture, for secret stashes.
You should take some of that change and get a Tri-Pod..... Then you'll have two hands for all the junk.. lol..
Hey Dave, don't forget to skim through any books that you find. Another storage guy never checks his books for money. This time his girlfriend was helping and she looked through a 1/2 dozen books and found several $10s and $20s.
I have also heard some others say that they sometimes find money (not just change) in with old bills and other paperwork.
Those rings got the heart pumping ! Our bank has a free change machine , it ads up pretty quick ! Happy new year

You could donate all your phone's to a domestic violence program. They give them to women who have been abused to call 911. They don't have to have a cell phone plan to dial 911. Just a suggestion. Great storage locker.

usually , when hoarders keep that much newspapers and magazines , they also put all their paper money between the pages
I agree somewhat. It's two types. The ones that hide cash between pages here or there, then the types with a paper fetish that just can't throw paper away.

Silver quarters are not solid but 90% and dealers are only paying $2.00 each right now. Still would be a good profit.

What about his time ? He paid out His $30 to clean that squaller . Those rings were not real with that cheap look and that ‘tin’ sound when they hit together .
I love finding boxes of paper items, check all envelopes, look into books, old calendars are good, ink blotters, all old advertising pamphlets and of course paper money.
When my friend would clean out houses he would always find the money in the paperwork you’re definitely right✌️✌️✌️

that's a real good drill that you found i have three of the, used they are about 90 dollars. you got three times your money in just the drill alone. Hitachi drills are better than dewalt drills the Hitachi drills are about three hundred dollars new here nut used 90 dollars and the guitar is worth about 2 to 300 dollars here depending on condition. all together you got quite a score there.

In this business there will always be trash. Usually more of it than treasure. This unit was pretty damn good though.

I have had epic paper hoarders in my family. I had a great aunt, who when moved from her small unit had newspapers stacked to the ceiling in every room. The hidden secret?... she had money stashed between the pages of the news print.

I live in Latvia and it's not popular here the storages units. Maybe someone could suggest how and where do i look for these lucky finds? It's seems the only option for me would be a metal detector.

I have seen other resellers take cell phones and group some up and sell them as parts on ebay. You can also go to Declutter and see if they well buy them. It is a app or website that you can check and the good thing is they pay cash and offer free shipping

I hope you know by now that the Ibanez guitar is a good one, Hitachi as well.
There are some paper bonds that you can cash out, you should look into it.
the brown stone is a Tigers' Eye and the second is a star sapphire, it should be blue, if any other color get it checked lots of fakes on gold settings.
Ibanez are great guitars for beginners just make sure it's right for Darwin you don't want to give a right handed guitar to a left handed person or vice versa, great score Dave love the vids.

With every storage videos , purchased through on action sell , I always think about those owners , what happened to them ? Why they left such as valuable property behind ?
I have that exact same drill LOL in Australia.
I've found that exact drill and 2 of those guitars. I sold the guitars for like $50 a piece. Where live they have the auctions on Saturday mornings and the dump closes at 1pm and doesn't open again until Tuesday. I try to get a load or 2 to the dump before they close and then wind up hauling everything else home to sort. I have a full sized half ton truck and a 6'x14' toy hauler trailer so I can haul a lot, I live 10 miles from the units. I try to handle things as few times as possible. I had a 30'x50' 4 car detached garage built 7 years ago so that gives me room to sort and store. I'll retire in August and this will be my retirement income/job.
It is a good retirement job Don’t be afraid to throw things out though keep things moving ✌️✌️✌️

Dave make sure you check dates on those coins. You could come across a hundred thousand to a million dollar coin in one of those piles.
Check your change for silver and collectable dates of coins.
