I have an air fryer and a good convection toaster oven and the versatility alone keeps the toaster oven on my counter and the air fryer put away until it's wanted. The toaster oven is almost always needed. Also it has a sweet rounded rear so it can fit a whole 12in pizza or a cheese crisp.

I've never been more upset about a stream: wood ovens are A tier, Oonis
are A tier, toaster oven and air fryer A tier, double oven + range S tier. Fuck the rest unless you're catering out of your house.
Never use an oven's self-clean function. It's basically a self-destruct button.

Switching to a waist high oven separate from my griddle was a game changer. Checking on something in the oven, cleaning, pulling out something heavy is just 300% easier on a high oven.
No idea what you have to smoke to think otherwise :p

the Double oven is so obviously S tier that I'm baffled its placement in B tier leaves me baffled and upset
I would not call my gas range responsive. There's way too much play on the knobs, and it takes a lot of fiddling to get the right setting. The ignition is also pretty flaky. One of the knobs sparks a completely different burner, which makes no sense. It honestly makes me nervous, and we're planning on replacing it very soon.
fwiw, i think that's expected in the spark igniter wiring for gas ranges. mine does the same thing.
14:37 Absolutely being overzealous if you think gas-fired pizza oven is in any way egregious. Homemade pizza in a completely normal oven is still delicious!
i hate noises but you do adjust to the pulses of an induction hob, especially if you're playing music or are already familiarised with the constant whooshing of gas. it's just another sensory thing to habituate to

i mean yes if your made out of money, but like. 1000$ for a chair feels extremely high end, i don't think you can compare that to a budget oven??
