Thank you. My cat who was my other half, my everything, was put down last Christmas. It will be a year since. He suddenly fell ill with diabetes and leukemia. A wandering baby stray followed me home and seen the worst and best of me for the next five years. During his sixth year, he met my now husband and adopted him as his daddy. My little familiar, the little shadow that still follows me in the wee hours. My little man. He looks just like the kitty in this video. Thank you for giving me a piece of remembrance for him. The same innocence and sweetness till his last, my husband was in my place, for the pain was new and unbearable. I have lost his brother years before when he was a kitten, I watched my little ginger baby degrade in front of my eyes. I still grieve and it leaves me with separation anxiety, depression and loneliness. I know he will return to me, whichever form he chooses me to see. Blessed be my baby boy.

А у моего кота Фили была в доме работа. Он сам себе её выбрал. Поздно вечером всегда ждал, когда я лягу спать , запрыгивал на кровать и устраивался. У меня была привычка спать на боку, а руку класть в сторону. Кот клал голову на мою при открытую ладошку и включал свою песенку. Мурлыкал пока я не засыпала.А потом уходил спать на кресло. Свою работу никогда не пропускал все 18 лет.

Спасибо, за такой теплый отзыв, на мое воспоминание о любимом коте. Филю мы не покупали. На даче соседские рабочие притащили от какой то кошки Чудного чёрного с белой грудкой котенка, а когда уехали, оставили его. Всю зиму он прожил один, как то умудрился выжить. Поселился под нашим холодным домом и только, когда весной мы вернулись на дачу, постепенно стал привыкать ко мне(был очень пугливым) . Только месяца через два он стал доверять мне, а когда понял, что я его уже люблю, не отходил от меня. Вёл себя, как собачка. Я ходила гулять, он со мной, я в магазин, он тоже шёл рядом и ждал меня. А осенью мы его уже взяли домой в город. В благодарность он не испортил ни один диван, ни одно кресло, как многие коты. Был передан до конца и мы с мужем его обожали.Он прожил счастливую жизнь.
А вам, добрый человек, который написал мне такие ласковые слова, поздравляю с Рождественскими праздниками, желаю здоровья и добра. Будьте счастливы!

Sorry to hear about your loss, I'm sure it's heartbreaking. Praying you'll be reunited soon! I had a similar experience summer before last when my wife took our cat to the vet's office located in a different village about a half hour drive away across the WI River. The cat escaped, then climbed into the engine compartment of my wife's car which was still hot. Then he ran off and got lost and my wife called me. When I showed up a half hour later her and 5 vet assistants were out looking for him, but he was born wild in my backyard and I tamed him as a kitten so there was no way they would catch him even if they saw him. I spent the rest of that day walking railroad tracks, scouring unfamiliar neighborhoods and industrial parks looking for him but had to go home with a gigantic hole in my heart once night arrived. I came back early the next day and searched morning to night all the same areas plus a golf course, a graveyard and an Ice Age Path, but again went home just devastated. I came back the next day and began my search again. This time I prayed to God and asked His assistance. I asked him to lead me in Kiki's direction and have Kiki meet me halfway. I finally found him about 5 hours later completely out of the village, near a culvert along a treeline in the center of three fields that came together, quite a distance from the vet's office. As I yelled for him along the treeline he meowed back to me showing me where he was, but still didn't come to me. Turns out the hot engine burned a few paw pads on one front paw, warped his whiskers on one side of his face and days later the fur on one ear flaked off, but has mostly grown back now. I deduced later he was scared, scarred and wounded which is why he'd run off; now he was hungry too. He had found a place to hide, even after showing himself to me, between chunks of cement at the culvert and I had to call my wife and son to come help me get him out, but I got him! He screamed all the way home in my car but once we got there he was visibly relieved and once he ate a good meal he finally began to calm down and begin to heal. My family was grateful. I thank God for His help because it all turned out just as I prayed it would. There's no other way I could have located him where I found him. A day or so later major storms came through the area. If I hadn't found him when I did he would have been lost forever, with no chance of making it home by himself with a major river in the way. I pray you find your lost love, regain your joy and find peace.

The cats purring matches the breathing movements. The crackling fire is not to loud, so it doesn't drowned out the sound of the purring. No other distractions make this still my favorite happy place. It calms my anxiety and PTSD so I can sleep peacefully and calmly. With no medications needed. 😴

I have 4 dogs curing my anxiety and stress but all I may have needed was this cat vid. (they all like cats but don't tell em I said this)
I lost my little fur baby kitty the 18th of December. I still have a cat I had adopted as the other ones companion so that helps but I grieve everyday. He was a Himalayan and was as close to an angel as you could find. The orange kitty is beautiful as is the purr. God bless you in your grief.
