Great job, gents! Got tabs for that by any chance? Sounds like standard tuning. I see/hear a D, G/B, G, Cadd9, C, Am, Em. Something happening between the Cadd9 and the C, plus a couple small effects on the Am and Em.

This is great , well done both. I think, though, that the balance is wrong. The bass is too loud and overshadows the song, especially the acoustic guitar. All else, singing , playing, by both, is top notch.
