I’m genuinely curious where the profits come from when only selling 200-300 drinks and some bags of coffee, given the amount of high-end gear here, cost of the Cybertruck, and wages of the team.
Let’s say the average drink is $8.50. If they can sell 200 drinks a day(which is optimistic actually) that would be $1,700.
In one day, they make “rent” which is the cost of the truck’s monthly car note. I’d assume they go to these farmer markets at least 3 times a week. That makes $5,100 a week or $20,400 a month. If I could pay an hourly wage of $15 per hour for an average working day of eight hours and a team of seemingly 5 people, then their staffing overhead would take $7,200 leaving them with $13,200 to pay out the market itself, buy ingredients, replace equipment, and pocket some.
It’s plausible.
@@NicholasMarcelinDoesnt Brian also own XBloom? Also because it’s San Francisco they could have got funding from a venture capitalist or something. The profits from XBloom could help with this venture as well.

WoW! With Auto-Level I bet the ride quality is far superior to that of a Rolls Royce and NIO ET9. Tesla's gotta maintain the lead and stay on top of the China's emerging technologies.
Loving the MVP hydra on bar! Would you recommend the E80 or F83 as best primary grinder? Looking for an upgrade myself.
