Ants, flies, and fleas are in cups, and the bell cricket, cricket, and grasshoppers are in adorable wooden cages. I love placing them in random spots to create a nice ambient noise around my island :)
I love that little path behind the house that leads to the secret area. Too cute and definitely a different approach to decorating the rocks. Decorating the rocks to make them work is always a challenge.
Its fun to imagine dobie cooking for everyone and whole island gathering up to the table to eat together 😍 Also i loved the boots outside of the open camper door, so cute! Looks like someone has been living there quite a while. Lovely island😍 totally the vibe im going for.

I am currently resetting,y terraforming to ground level; I previously had 5star rating but not satisfied. My island was based on Crater Lake and Multnomah Falls but I was no where okay. This island tour was a big inspiration.
You are so good at touring islands! and just a question would marshal count as cottage core, i got his amiibo and i rlly wanna have just cottage core villagers! btw i love this island, great job at touring it Katie!
Thanks for mentioning that the house is empty! I really love interiors and was super curious about the interior but if they haven’t done it that’s fair. The outside is spectacular… Clearly takes more effort to style the exterior. I hope someday they will consider decorating the interior too though!
I spent like 19500 bells on the switch lite only to be uber disappointed that all I could do was turn it on and off. On New Leaf, you can get a Wii and a Play Station and they both have internal games you could play. That was so cool.

How does one make stunted growth trees? And are we able to move resident services to another spot to make a better cottage/forest core map? Or would we have to make a whole new game
To stunt tree growth, you simply plant a piece of fruit directly behind it at the level of growth in which you want to stunt it. :) And unfortunately, Resident Services currently is the only building that you cannot move on your map, so restarting with a brand new map seems to be the only option
@@KatieCozyway do you think that’ll be added in update 2.0? And do you have to leave the planted fruit there permanently or else the tree will grow again?
The villagers don't really matter but it's their houses that matter. Say if a villager has a bright pink house that wouldn't really match the aesthetic:)
