      My business is called Pack & Print- it’s doing well. Mail part is 35% and the Print side does 65%. I am a graphic designer I offer business branding and it works well. It’s taken a while for people to know we’re here but it grows every day. We also have a gift shop area and I rent shelf space to a few local home based businesses. I also created a local magazine where we sell advertising and that helps bring in income. Happy to answer any more questions 👍🤩

    Hey there, I really appreciate and enjoyed this video! The information that you provided was great and I wish you all the success in the world with your pack and ship business. I have long wished to be a business owner (UPS STORE) and find myself doing tons of research on the pack and ship business model now so to come across your video is truly a blessing. Excuse me if it's too much of a personal question and if so, please just don't mind me. My question is, how much did it cost to start up your business all-in-all and what is the cash flow for a business like yours? I'm weighing out the pros and cons as I find myself at a crossroads between going towards a franchise route or a 100% independently owned business like yours. Thank you !!!!

    I found your video because I’m looking for some very specific information that isn’t available on Google. If you own or rent a commercial space, how would you create a series of new mailboxes? Like, let’s say I own a nice corporate office and want to sublease each room to small businesses. Instead of using a virtual business address, they can use my building. Is this something I can register with the post office? Example Building 1 Suite A. Suite B. Etc.
    Figure tiny commercial spaces with a proper mailbox could be a very helpful service for small business owners just getting started. Is there a proper term for this process?

    Hi there, thanks for the informative video!!! I am curious as to how the mail gets sorted and delivered? Does USPS dump the mail for the entire business at once/daily? Or do they already pre-sort it and put it in the mailboxes. I am thinking because its considered private, then the owner/operator is responsible for that. Can you confirm?

    Do you happen to know where we can look into the laws surrounding handling and holding mail for people?

    • @fromthebackporch641
      @fromthebackporch641  Před 2 lety +3

      Hey I’m glad you found the video helpful. Yes, there are a lot of laws surrounding how to handle the mail. It is all governed through the post office. So you’ll need to make an appointment to speak with the post master and they will give you some forms to fill out and return to them. All in all easy, just time consuming. You can always contact Retail Shipping Associates for help also. I highly recommend becoming a member. They help you walk through a lot of the initial setups.
