PATCHED 01/2018: (.35 variants) Max damage - 42 up to 51 meters, Min damage - 30 at 78 meters, (.25 extended) Max damage - 38 up to 16 meters, Min damage - 21 at 45 meters, Vertical recoil - 0.68, (All) Horizontal recoil - 0.15, Spread Reductions
I like to use the Marksman variant and fire as fast as possible to take out one enemy asap. Use the auto revolver up close to take out enemies, up to 3 easily, and always hipfire the Revolver, as this gives it a faster RoF.
Thanks for the tips man
I use the rsc my incounters as a medic are rarely far away its a good weapon for medium range and at close range of course the auto revolver i mean who doesnt use the auto revolver as a medic
The .35 variants are the definitions of the BF1 skill cannons
Bordeaux pair it with the auto revolver and you've got yourself a scarily good defense in cqc
Nathan Clark yep
@@nathanclark2424 exactly my setup rn, cranking 20 to 30 kills every game
Actually the .300 savage is the most powerful model of the rifle.
.300 savage has very similar ballistics to the 7.62 N.A.T.O.
.35 Remington is a very hard Hitting round for the size of the cartridge.
Most commonly found in lever action rifles like Marlins and the classic winchester.
Actually my favourite Gun for the Medic (but only the Factory for historical reasons) I think the 8.35 Models need a buff !!!
The .35 scoped is a great counter sniping weapon. Great to go against pesky snipers. Plus with it being in the medic class; you're pretty much guaranteed to stay alive
I love this gun because the emblem is placed in the best spot to appreciate the art work rice created
Honestly the .35 Marksman is my favorite medic weapon as it's sort of a handicap but it more or less tests my accuracy rather than relying on multiple shots to take a target down.
My favourite gun in game...extended variant
amg potato eh extended is good if you can't win
amg potato less damage, 4 shot kill after extended.... /: bad trade-off. Make's no sEnse mechanically ....
amg potato the damage might not be as high as its other variants but if it was with the extended mag it would be too overpowered the firerate on this gun is great u can kill soo fast
Blaaah extended variant just changes the damage drop off. It starts a lot sooner but the trade off is 3x as many rounds so that makes a ton of sense to me especially since all of the 5 shot rifles are completely countered by more than 1 enemy
the RSC is op
am i the only one who likes the 8.35 version?
DarkInfernape65 i guess
The flametrooper from bf1 Is going to toast u it's amazing in ballroom blitz's corridors. Pop up,kill, reload, repeat.
***** i prefer the m249 from bf4. Kill, kill, kill, kill, kill, kill, kill, kill...................reload, repeat.
DarkInfernape65 No, I quite like the .35 marksman since I got bored with the other medic rifles and I like the niche handicap with it.
no I love the .35 my favorite medic gun especially the factory
Love your reviews, keep up the good work.
Out of all the weapons in BF1, the 8.35 factory is to me by far the most reliable. It's a lot of fun to use too
Great channel, Kris! Keep up with this amazing content you offer us!
Awesome videos Kris, just started getting into BF1 video making and hope to have a channel as well structured as yours one day!
good review keep it up! subscribed
Just found your channel and I've got to say this is good shit! Keep up the awesome work dude, hope to see you grow
Great video man 👍
Great video
I freaking love this gun. Especially the marksman variant... it's got great ranged capabilities (not super long range though) and it can hold itself pretty well in CQC as well, due to it's super fast TTK (second fastest in the game, excluding shotguns and snipers) and a decent hip-fire accuracy... I always run this gun on Suez and I shine out I the open as well as in the houses... it's definitely THE BEST most underrated gun in the game...
the extended version .25 is my favorite medic weapon, the other variants are shit because of the 5 bullets per magazine
TBag the factory and marksman are much better for 1 on 1 engagements while the .25 has what seems to me like terrible side to side recoil
TBag [Epic Gaming Content] and the M1907?
the factory version makes more damage and the range is better
Like ur reviews on theses guns
another underrated no over 10 minutes cause revenue youtuber
hope you get more popular m8
Just started using this beast, it's class
nice info keep it up
This is something I posted when comparing the 1907 Trench to the 8.25, which are of course the best Medic CQB weapons available. I thought I'd share it here...
"It (the 8.25) offers a faster TTK than the 1907 but...
- achieving that TTK requires you to consistently click quicker than the 1907
- its hip fire is way worse than the 1907 Trench (the only variant of the 1907 you should be using) so while the 8.25's TTK looks good, starting at 337 MS (if you can consistently manage the 360 rate of fire) vs the 405 MS of the 1907, you can change that 337 MS to something more like 537 MS when you have to make the crappy choice of either taking the time to ADS or using the 8.25's crappy hip fire.
- the mag size of the 8.25 is smaller than that of the 1907 and you can achieve consistently more kills per mag with the 1907
With all that being said, here's where you would think the 8.25 would excel...
...specifically when you know you can click fast enough and when the opponent was far enough away where it wasn't optimal to hip fire so you should ADS, but not so far away that the gun loses out in terms of its TTK relative to the 1907...
...and that is the most damning thing of all. The final nail in the coffin for the 8.25. The damage drop off of the 8.25 is worse than the 1907. What this equates to is even if you're clicking fast enough, and the target is far enough away to make ADS optimal, there is maybe a 2-3 meter window where the 8.25 can out TTK the 1907. At less than this the 8.25 loses against the 1907's hipfire, and more than this and the 1907 actually surpasses the 8.25's TTK again (even if you're doing everything right) starting at a range of 17 meters."
I like the .25 because the faster TTK through use of an auto fire button on razer synapse
Gabriel Gunden and you are a douche
Nowadays the 8.25 extended variant is used only by the clans/pros/sweaties..... personally hate it for the low damage and iffy horizontal wobble but is so frustrating to get constantly hosed by it especially when the other medic rifles are far superior e.g RSC, Howell, m.1907, Fedorov, Farquhar etc. Still love the videos for content and presentation and big fan, keep it up 🙂
Autoloading 8 factory is the best gun in the game, watch MarbleDuck's video if you want to see why.
he seems to only use the marksman, that I can see.
+Demon_Turtle89 it uses a magazine.
clancy6969 it uses an internal magazine fed by a clip
The factory is amazing... if you use it correctly
you definitely deserve more subs lol
Yay... Just got my "hunter" legendary skin for my auto 8 extended. Freaking great gun due to mag size :)
Another great video , can you do some on pistols ?
what's the intro battlefield remix called?
Wouldn't using a bayonet with this screw up the action? It being a long recoil operated gun and all.
Kris you forget to include that Frank Hamer a legendary Texas Ranger used the model 8 which had a extended magazine made for him he use to kill the infamous Bonnie and Clyde
it was a remington 8 in 35 remington with a POE conversion
This gun is so satisfying
is the autloading ext a good tdm and dom gun??
I am only just now realizing that my favorite medic weapon is my favorite semi auto for recon in bfv. Looking at the thumbnail I’m like “oh this was in bf1” and after watching 15 seconds I realized it was my favorite in bf1
The Extended variant has definitely become my favorite medic gun. Up to 20 service stars and counting!
My fav medic rifle, I like the .35 and the .25, but the marksman is kinda iffy.
Definitely my favorite medic rifle
One thing I don't get is why they felt the need to make the extended variant in a different caliber, when they both used the .35
Can you update the intro music to the seven nation army glitch mom remix please
3:15 combat gymnastics - fun for friend & foe
Should i get this or the mondragon
2021, still playing BF1
I actually quite like the .35 Factory, I fully recognise it's terrible & half my kills come from my sidearm but its very rewarding to use.
PMGF it's not terrible, it's deadly accurate and can outgun most enemies at close range.
My Grandpa passed down a auto8 in .300 savage.
All hail browning, patron saint of firearms
The 8.35 and selbstadler 1906 are easily the two best guns in the game
I have to say I did not really enjoy playing with the Autoloading 8. The standard is ok but I hated playing with the marksman version however I did enjoy playing with extended version. I did like the re load animation though
Just a question. I've noticed a lot of people swearing by the 8.35 and also ragging on the Selbstlader 1906. Why is that? I don't use medic often, but I seem to do better with the 1906 than the 8.35 when I do play with it
wa2436 1906 has a bit more recoil and slower fire rate but higher damage. but it honestly comes down to personal preference. Many players don't like that the 1906 is locked behind rank 10 medic, And I honestly prefer the 8 .35.
You know i just realized that there is still one weapon missing that he hasnt done. The martini henry grenade launcher variant.
I think this weapon should have had a .35 Optical variant with a fore grip, because it makes more sense than a sniper scope with it's small magazine
Coolest gun EVER.
John Browning: the grandfather and father of firearms
Despite all the cons, I really feel like I play more aggressively when I use the factory. Must just be personal preference.
like extended!!
Tried the .35 today, gun is incredible. Obviously won't win a firefight vs. multiple opponents, but I won almost every 1 vs 1 gun battle between 10-40 M. Has the highest RPM for Medic guns, pretty good bullet speed, recoil is minimal, and has by far the best TTK of any Medic gun from 1-40 M. Obviously mag size and reload time is a negative, but if you pick and choose your engagements it is very lethal.
The best medic weapon in the game by far, absolute beast on the battlefield
I don't like the 8.35 Marksman as there are only 5 rounds, no bipod and its fairly weak at long range like the Cei-Rigotti
Induced Rhino438 this is the best gun in the class.... your aim gotta be on point
Speaking of point. Whats yours? All I'm saying is that it lacks the same as TWO other weaker weapons; the Selbstlader 1906's low clip size, and the Cei rigotti's damage drop off. And at least both those two guns have better control
I really like your videos dude! Just 2 critic points from my side: Your Intro is a bit long IMO and not that "up to date". And secondly that "like and subscribe banner" in the bottom of your videos is a bit annoying. I subscribed to you, I do really like these weapon reviews! Your voice is really enjoyable!
The .25 Extended has a reload style similar to the AN-94. empty 16 rounds and see for yourself; good guide as always
How does the extended .25 compare at short to medium range to the 1907 SL?
Other factors than stats are surely at play. The 1907 seems to have more recoil while having a lower fire rate. To me, it isn't as easy as looking at basic stats.
The 1907 has noticeably more recoil with a lower rate of fire, but holds the ability to kill in three shots 10 meters longer than the 8.25.
I would say the 8.25 is the best offensive medic weapon if the player plans in staying in CQC, otherwise the 1907 will start to do better in medium range. Though if I want to a medic weapon that will perform well in more of a medium range I'll use the Cei-Rigotti as it doesn't have near the annoying recoil the 1907 has and has a better damage model with the same RoF.
I adore the extended for close to medium range combat. Very low recoil, very high rate of fire, and enough accuracy to be quite pinpoint within about 50 meters. It is simply superb up close. In my opinion, it totally outclasses the SL variants against targets within around 50 meters. Outside of that range, I'd take the SL optical.
The auto (easy-8) is a God gun for Accurate competitive players
If your ADS is on point this gun is arguably one of the best in the game. Its TTK is absurd for a semi-auto up to 40 M.
Dennis well no exaactly crazy, think of it as the sks rifle of bf3 and bf4, but in ww1, it sounds odd?, well basically the automatico 1918 is the aek o bf1, but with less effectiveness over range
Dennis is the most on the nose skill cannon
That's a model 81 that was developed way after WWI and my ancestor newton hillyard didn't develop the detachable magazine until after WWI as well
hehe, it's nice to see that my video isn't the only one showered with "skill canon" and "best gun in the game comments". I personally really like the the 1906 and coming from that made the Autoloading Factory feel completely unreliable due to the spread. Not being able to hit a stationary target at 100m was really frustrating and I'll trade some of the damage and fire rate for better spread and muzzle velocity any day.
Sorry this is old. But I find it much easier to keep all my engagements within 50 meters instead of outside 50 meters. Making the autoloading 8 feel much better when compared to the 1906. All these comments about it being a skill cannon seem logical, I don't know what else you would title the fastest TTK semi-auto gun within 48 meters with only 5 rounds.
I love your vids man! Just don't quite agree with your opinion here.
I thank more people shod use this gun I no I love it the gun alote
I don't really get why people like the .25 so much? I mean it's good at close range, but 5 shots to kill past 28 meters on a medic rifle is just insanely painful.
Remington made one in .300 Savage
Autoloading 8 Extended is the only automatic medic weapon, right?
Greg Nagel no
The fedorov avtomat and 1907 sweeper are automatic
@@tomatopaste4298 cei rigotti too
The best skill gun in the game
after getting 3 service stars with this gun, I kinda want one in real life
$8000+
It would have been cool if they used the .25 Remington.
Less recoil.
Owning one in real life they are significantly under powered so the game is probably pretty accurate in regards to dumping 4 into killing another player.
Am I the only one having this kind of heavy feeling in my mouse when I play this gun?
The extended variant is my most used gun. In my opinion, best gun in the game. I always win the gun fight against everyone up close. Except when that automatico comes outta no where.
It's trash beyond 15 meters.
Yeah for some reason it feels better than the 1907 sweeper. I don't use the extended very much since the .35 is more versatile and teaches you to be smarter with your shots.
Why do you need 2 intros? :D
Don't diss Dr. Who
Using this gun to unlock the General Liu Storm was irritating.
This rifle also inspired the FBI sniper program in WWI back when they still went by black water
Same fire rate as the assault rifle in gta 5
Using this gun increases your skill tbh
m8
The firat two variants are basically unusable unless you just want a self imposed challenge. Honestly dont see the point of this weapon at all, especially considoring it more or less wasn't even in ww1.
Nah, i like the 8.35 variants, as long as your accuracy is 60+ you can dominate in any situation. It's all about accuracy, precision and your own preference.
that 5 rounds magazine is just a pain for the eyes to see. U can drop only 1 enemy with it.. unbalanced gun
Last
just use the Selbstader 1916 or Mondragon. The sweeper if you want CQB. Everything else is outclassed.
Stance Punk I got 20 service stars with the selbstlader 1906 I'll drop your ass not outclassed you're just not accurate
Kevin Carver if your accurate, use the model 8 auto loading marksman
Stance Punk the auto loading 8 is the best gun in the game. DICE developers wanted a weapon that can can kill the fastest from 5 meters to 50 meters. They were able to do this with the autoloading 8. They only used a five round strip clip so that only the highly skilled could use this weapon. I currently have 7000 kills with the factory variant and 5781 with the marksman variant
you sure? cuz i cant find someone on ps4/xbl/pc with those stats on battlefieldtracker.com
Stance Punk I use the 8.35 marks men extremely op if you know how to use it
trash if had 6 bullets would be great
The marksman variant is trash
why do you pause after every sentence? its really annoying
First?😂
I find it quite embarrassing how people love the factory and marksman variant. The factory is only good at close range 1v1 and the marksman is great at 1v1 medium ranges. So the marksman is a good weapon but not a great weapon and the factory is useless at longer ranges due to its recoil and iron sights, and you will always be dropped in 1v3 encounters
The .35 variants are 3 shots at all ranges.
