Great ideas, thanks for sharing your tips and process. I listen to a dramatized version of the bible when I want to do art journaling, or when I want to meditate on God's word. I purchased "The Bible Experience" on cd's, but CZcams has the whole series under "Find God online " book by book. Maybe you would enjoy listening to it too. I love it. I have a journaling Bible but sometimes I use a notebook to make larger drawings from a passage or to collage a page to highlight a specific Bible verse 🙏🏻 Have a blessed day!
