And because you can draw a perfectly positioned chef, you can draw the entire kitchen staff and the kitchen around them
Yeah, this isn't exactly what one would call for beginners. This is an explanation for people that already have experience with art prior to this video.

Those are called "Ink Brushes" (毛笔 máo bǐ), it is paint brushes used in Chinese Calligraphy as well in Japanese and Korean calligraphy. They are selling on Amazon, but you can look them up at your local Chinese Convenient/Book Store, just a heads up, some of the ink really stink hahaha, but there are some Ink comes with pleasing fragrance and some smells like herbs.
This is a traditional Chinese bamboo brush i think
Making them is a beautiful process
Buy a Pentel Brushpen, have the same effect.
