Exploring Women's Experiences in MBA: Nephele's Journey

Globally, women make up only 30% of MBA cohort. This percentage can be attributed to:
1. Work-Life Balance: Balancing the demanding MBA schedule with family responsibilities is a significant challenge for many women.
2. Financial Barriers: The high cost of MBA programs is daunting, especially with the existing gender pay gap.
3. Lack of Role Models: Few female role models in leadership and MBA programs discourage women from enrolling.
