Fishing the Big Bass Tour on Lake Harris

I had the opportunity to fish the Big Bass Tour here in central Florida on the Harris Chain of Lakes. It is a strictly "NO-professional" type of tournament. It's open to the public and is a two-day tournament. The rewards are awesome, payouts every hour for the top-10 bass, biggest bass every hour wins $1000. The angler who catches the largest bass for the entire tournament wins a brand new Nitro boat. Awesome tournament that gives your every day "Joe" a chance to win big.

Thanks! For this tournament, because of my small boat and motor, I ended up staying on main lake Harris and Little Harris and focused on some small canals. I didn't realize it at the time that you could trailer your boat and fish into the weigh-ins, or else I would have gone to other lakes on the chain.
