Fun fact, a minigun can cost upwards of $2,600 per minute to fire, or about $43 every second. Now imagine shooting 4 at the same time! I counted about 18 seconds of fire from this video, meaning the cost of the ammo in this short clip was about $3,096.

Damn, the sound alone would scare off anything within hearing distance! A .50 cal is f'ing loud. Now imagine 24 barrels shooting at God knows how many f'ing rounds a second!
This is a weapon you'd bring to a heavy combat zone, but bring it knowing shit has gone really bad, real quick if you have to use it. (Massed infantry/tank combat, large numbers of enemy bombers flying towards your base, etc...)
This is like something that's straight out of Warhammer 40k
They should try mounting this on a Patrol boat to be used against narcotic carrying boats.

I worked on a Vulcan gun system when I was in the Army, and it was an awesome weapon. But this thing, holy shit!
I like how:
-casings fall like a cascade
-the tracing of the bullets makes it look like its painting with a brush made of bullets
-this is so loud, when it goes on cooldown wind resumes it's course as if it were stopped by sheer bullet force.
Cover and concealment doesn't mean crap to me

Not very. .50 Cals were practically useless, and even 20mm cannons were found lacking in terms of both range and stopping power, leading to the mass adoption of the 40mm Bofors. When even that couldn't stop Kamikazes before they hit the ship, they started work on the 3"/50 Mark 22, though that didn't get produced soon enough to see service in WWII.

If this was to be vehicle mounted, it would need to be on a very specially modified earth mover truck to hold and stabilize the weapon as well as carry the massive amounts of ammunition needed.. fairly heavy armor.. It would roll out nearly maxed on weight and would need to move often during engagement.. it could be armored enough to withstand a few hits from antitank weapons like Kornets and Javelins.. If you go with some of the really big earth movers, it could carry an impressive suite of electronic and physical countermeasures and things like a multi engagement ARCHER style point defense systems to detect and defeat several missiles... The cost would be astronomical... Add in optics and targeting systems and cost shoots up along with lethality... Oh, who am I kidding.. Just put some C-RAM's on your base and call it good. Probably close to the same price.

@@skillercruz5539 the problem is you don't exactly make it easy to move I had to go to university and get a degree and I still wasn't deemed skilled enougth to get a residency visa I can only stay for up to a month at a time on a temporary work visa so for now I have to make do with blank pistols and pallet guns
