Absolutely yes, and wooden board without bark is much better. Because, in due course of time bark starts leaving the wood. And again you have to remount the plant. So, wood without bark is better.

Sir, Can I mount foxtail orcid on a plywood piece

I have not mounted on plywood. But I think that plywood has many layers of wood and it swells when it becomes moist. So, it may not be a good idea. Thank you

Sir main fox tail archid ak big plant se le ke aayi thi but knowledge nahi tha kaise lagaya toh 3-4 din pani me rakha tha.. But apki video dekh ke lagane gya toh dekha roots rot ho chuki hai... Main Sare roots proon karke fungicide lagake wooden board me laga toh dala but don't know new roots aayega ki nhi or plant na dead ho jaye... Kuch tips de sakte ho please ki mere plant bach jaye🙏

Hi mere pass ek foxtail orchid h and usme sare leaves gir chuka h. Sirf ek hi leave bacha h upper k taraf and wo v crown rot problem face kr rhi h.
Keiki h ek 2 leaves h usme but koi root develop nhi hua h usme av tk.
