How to read measurement tape & use technical field

This measurement use at site and different kinds of projects without measuring we can't properly fix anything on the same heights like distribution boards wall light power socket back box switch boards and measurement Tape most commonly use in technical field to measure size heights distance length we measure the cable length pipe length and also we measure electrical drawing scale one measurement tape has cm.mm.meter.soot.foot.feets.
