I don't think I've ever heard that said about the clip. I find it to be the perfect tension, any less and it would be a bit loose, in my opinion.
I carry mine in slacks, jeans, super thick Dickies and in the waistband of basketball shorts and I don't think I've ever had to two-hand it in.
Ive bought 3 different milled clips, but I always end up going back to the stock one, purely for function.
I agree with everything else though. I have the s45vn PJ, with aftermarket milling in the show side. Great knife. I've carried it basically daily since summer of 2021.
I'm sure yours will thumb flick perfectly, eventually. Mine drops/swings completely freely once lockbar pressure is off the blade.

I am assuming the tight clip must be my particular knife as well. I’ve never heard that complaint either, which is why I was surprised by it!

I use mine without a pocket clip in a leather sheath and its super comfortable. I recently got a pocket clip from ripps garage tech and it makes a huge difference, you don't feel the pocket clip digging into your hand.

I’ll definitely check that clip out! I love RGT products so I’m sure that’s the way to go. Thanks!
