SUB-4 MARATHON! | Helsinki Marathon 2023

WHAT A FEELING crossing that FINNISH line! An unexplainable release of raw emotion, a moment of true catharsis, coming from achieving exactly what I had set out to achieve - a sub-4-hour marathon with time to spare. And to achieve that running alongside one of my greatest friends of all time with whom my running journey truly took off in Hong Kong is a fairytale reunion. Next up for us is the Istanbul Marathon in November where we will be joined by an extra special guest...
