    wow those dragons look awesome! For the millipede i reccomend using Tpu filament for a more realistic skin

      and yes i'm aware that it's a bit hard to print, maybe worth a try?

      @@BrickEngines Thank you ☺. Using Tpu seems like a great idea, but I haven't tried it yet. Perhaps after a few attempts, I can achieve successful results.

    What does the underside look like? Does the raft make the underside look nicer?

    • @GoatZilla
      @GoatZilla Před 4 měsíci

      raft makes the underside look worse.

    • @janbouncy6380
      @janbouncy6380 Před 4 měsíci

      Why do you use a raft? If that is a raft that you peel away from the bottom.@@GoatZilla

      What they're using is a brim. It prevents parts of the print from peeling up from the bed, which happens often when you print something where the surface area touching the bed is minimal. A brim is different from a raft.

    • @TritonPrint3D
      @TritonPrint3D  Před 4 měsíci +1

      Some parts may have inadequate contact surfaces with the bed, leading to failed prints. I'm increasing the base area to make the adhesion stronger. It looks a bit bad, but I didn't want to risk wasting the 17-18 hours of printing.
