Question, what would you recommend to set the service fee Settings at? I see that Airbnb has two options simplified pricing and split fee pricing. It does explain the difference but it’s still a little confusing. What do you recommend to set as?

Lodgify didn't recognize their fault, and didn't compensate
And, Airbnb didn't fix either
So we lost money to Airbnb for nothing, because of trying Lodgify - even without using and paying
Lodgify is a NO NO NO!
Especially with Airbnb!
