    Update: Nope, the new PM will continue the budget, i.e proceeding as expected which means NHR is getting axed.

    I thought the budget was getting approved anyway. Isn't that what the president is saying? or will it be approved without the NHR item?

      Yep. However, they might choose to leave this question for the next government. We'll only know 100% for sure on the 29th of November when they finally vote on the final version.
