    Hi my loves,
    Happy Tuesday! This is officially that last video of Wellness Month and what an incredible month it has been. Sanne and I are so incredibly happy at how it’s turned out. Thank you for all of you who participated and contributed. You have inspired me to work harder, to put myself into more uncomfortable positions for growth, and to really reflect on the positives of each and every day. I am so proud of each one of you for joining along on this journey.
    Let’s rock it out until the new year. I know better things are coming and with the holidays coming up, its a good way to focus on feeling the feelings you want to attract into your life!
    In today’s video I wanted you to see how I really go about the week. Sometimes I plan out my meals and sometimes I’m rushed and have no time at all. I love my snacks and my smoothies and I wouldn’t change a thing! As long as I’m connected and paying attention to my body I am happy to adapt and try to see what is best for me! I hope you enjoy.     Pumpkin Pie Coffee:
    Espresso or drip coffee
    1/2 cup oat milk
    1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp maple syrup
    1 tsp almond butter
    Mint Chip Smoothie:
    1 frozen banan
    Handful spinach
    3-4 ice cubes
    1 cup oat milk
    1 tbsp hemp seeds
    1/2 avocado
    1/2 - 1 tsp peppermint flavor
    Dash salt
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    Mix
    2 tbsp taco nibs blend lightly
    Chickpea Avo Sandwich
    2 pieces gf bread
    1/3 cup chickpeas
    1-2 tsp olive oil
    1 lemon wedge squeezed
    Salt/pepper
    1/3 cucumber
    Drizzle of honey
    Alfalfa Sprouts
    1/2 avocado

    1 smashes banana
    1 egg
    1/2 cup blendet oats
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    Mix
