All I can say is, wow, I've been attending guitar concerts for about 50 years now. All over the world and have heard many of the top players. Alec Holcomb is right up there in that "A" list. I look forward to hearing him more in the future.

This is ingenious and sets Alec apart as willing to tread into a place that is, until now, very little explored in solo classical guitar. Fantastic playing. Wish he used just a really good a normal classical guitar. This one sounds nasal and not particularly well balanced. A Romanillos, Christopher Dean, Kevin Aram, would sound really good in this young man's hands. Again....really excellent playing and interpretations.
