Florida Travel Day to Walt Disney World | Newcastle to Orlando Sanford with Tui | HEA Disneymoon

- We start our holiday to Florida off by travelling from Newcastle Airport to Orlando Sanford on the Tui Dreamliner. We flew premium economy so we had use of the Aspire Lounge at Newcastle Airport before going on the long flight.
There were a few issues during the flight but it was an overall pretty good experience. We then land in to Sanford and head straight to Caribbean Beach before a Walmart shop.

TUI is the best German tour operator, I‘m glad they expanded in other countries because their flights and resorts are great!
We've had good and bad experiences with them but overall they are decent.
Dropped sausages, broken seats and promises. What a day Can't wait to see the rest!

It was an emotional day from beginning to end so many nice and happy things occurred. I never caught Caz crying on Camera. Our wedding vlog will be in my usual style fun, family and Flynn takes over lol! We wish we were there too. Thank you for watching and commenting it really does mean a great deal x

The only time I have travelled on a plane like that with the 'entertainment system's, I still sat and watched the wee plane moving the whole way.

appreciate the soarin music lol at Saratoga we entered a room still had other people's luggage etc in they upgraded us to a one bedroom from a studio . We too make that first Walmart trip I'm straight to the pharmacy no 16 no pkts of paracetamol there 😀 we stayed at Caribbean beach years ago when we go in November our son and his lot are there in pirate rooms we are at Saratoga, keep vlogs coming love them

Gotta say the aspire lounge at Newcastle had the most miserable person on reception. I’d probably not bother if I had to pay , only used it as it was included with the premium seats with tui. Nice vlog 👍

Interesting ya'll flew into Sanford versus Orlando International. I always figured Sanford was for smaller airlines/companies. My folks always fly in there from N.C. I subbed at just the right time! TUI only fly to Sanford rest of airlines are into Orlando int. You do, they are a colourful but wonderful bunch. Thank you so much Rebecca have a great weekend too!
Aww what a great vlog. Love how you both take it in your stride when things don't go to plan. We went in the aspire room at Manchester in November and that was horrible too. Staff rude, hardly any tables and food was hard and Lukewarm. Nothing like what was on their CZcams channel lol. Can't wait to watch the rest of your journey... oh and I've only just subscribed 🙈. We had an amazing wedding and it was nice, brought back memories for Caz but we've stayed, Port Orleans Riverside, Yacht club and Boardwalk and preferred those. Thank you for watching x

Thanks Emma! Tried some different music for this one 👍 I dunno about the lounge, I think it was just that receptionist being awkward. Wouldnt use it again though unless it's free. You gotta wear your magic band. Gotta be ready right!? As for the fastpasses, no we never got them, was too much hassle for something they offered us without us even asking
What the hell kind of stupid rule is that? Maybe they want to keep riff raff from stag & hen do’s at bay, but surely you would just have a ‘be respectful to other guests rule?’
How would you compare TUI to other airlines you have flown with?

What a daft rule for the Aspire Lounge! 😒 we were thinking about paying for it when we go, but chances are we probably won’t ad just go have breakfast at the Quaystone 👍🏻 although it was Fly Pig when we were last there two years ago 😂

Still a newbie to air travel. I've only ever been on a plane once and believe me the EasyJet A319-111 to Jersey felt like I was on Concorde or an A380 going to the Bahamas. It was like the most thrilling and most exciting experience of my life. But I would like to try other airliners if I ever get the chance to fly again. It is on my bucket list of things to do before I die. I've never booked a holiday online before and wouldn't know what do do.
So I did a trial run or practice for when my girlfriend asks me to book and chose TUI rather than EasyJet, BA or Jet2. Dunno why. I chose Newcastle to fly from (naturally) and picked a country and then a date (obviously a date and month in Summer 2021). I chose Germany and there was no place on that date but when I chose Italy it all came up with hotels. Why is this? I just want to book a flight. That's all.
Sounds like it all worked out for the best on that first flight! If you book through TUI you'll be booking a package holiday rather than a flight so that's a flight and hotel. If you want to book DIY, so flights and hotel separate youll need to look at the airlines site separately so Easyjet, Jet2, BA, KLM etc. Hope that helps

I noticed your wife uses a wheelchair. I too am in a wheelchair and I have a question that I hope isn't to personal. I was just wondering if they have wheelchair accessible restrooms on your planes. All the planes I have been on in the USA have not had wheelchair accessible restrooms. ( and the aisles aren't wide enough for wheelchairs either)
Hi Jerry, Nothing personal about it so don't worry. Our planes have disabled toilets and special on board wheelchair. They normally put us beside the toilet for ease of use as Caz can walk a short distance but not long distance, for those who can't walk at all an onboard wheelchair is used. Also Caz uses aides for toilet needs too so tends to have a routine before we board to try and prevent her need to use the toilet because sometimes her joints seize and walking on a plane can be painful. To get on plane she's wheeled right to it and either walks short distance or uses onboard chair depending on type of plane and their boarding rules. I'm honestly not aware of any plane that has wheelchair access as such for normal wheelchairs. Thank you for watching and have a lovely day.
