So last night I listened to this and my intention was to carry on watching videos on here after the session. Boy was I wrong. At the end of the video I couldn't move. I was pushed back into my bed my a gentle yet strong force on my chest. I then began to experience something like a dream. The angels hovered above me and formed a circle. Each one had a bright white light coming down from them like lazer beams. They encircled me and did something to me, not sure what but I was at peace during the process. I felt great all of today. Like something shifted within me. I love you angels and guides 💕💕💕

justonekissgoodnight Hello dear thank you for sharing your experiences couple things one I think one of the sounds you mentioned was actually birds and We have them in there on purpose as they are very powerful mental body cleansers. While totally hear you about being distracted, we are in a day and age where What are souls are calling us towards is meditating through the distractions. when we are able to cultivate that practice we are able to bring high frequencies of our meditation into our every day lives. For example think about some of the masters of meditation such as RAm-Dass He said one of his favorite places to meditate was a busy airport. When we are able to do this we are truly one with the divine and are waking life.
