  • Production methods & processes by Farid Al Mussawi
We combine the best methods available with our accumulated experience to produce RC models and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) with the highest aerodynamic performance. Such as the high finishing quality, high strength, and lightweight that would provide the maximum efficiency for manoeuvrability, by reducing the power required and fuel consumption.

Sorry, 2:47 why you install reinforcement (pipe like) in the middle of wings where is no tension? In the middle no tension - zero effect of reinforcement, dead weight..

For these thin walled structures, the failure mode would inevitably be local buckling on the compression side but I can't seem to find any robust mathematical framework to predict this buckling. Also to mitigate this buckling, you use ribs. But what should the spacing and configuration of the ribs be? Can you point me in the right direction? thanks
