No, it's loot on a MOB so until it's picked up it stays and no one else sees it. If you pick it up and die, then someone else can take it. This is why you should never rush and clean the area before taking everything.
i love how ive gained 547 lvls since the dz drop trying to get this eagle. and mofos get them in a day and being the eb. if ig et any of the other two my ps5 is flying out the window

I got my EB from DH I couldn't imagine grinding the DZ until one dropped just to give it to someone else. Feel kinda bad for the dude but at the same time that's what happens in the DZ. He should've immediately left and extracted it. I've only had pestilences taken from me so far but those are a dime a dozen

Just do the raid bro I'm a new player only about 2 weeks in and I've gotten 2 EBs to drop from doing the raid 6-7 times at shd lvl 48
