Give some history / importance of the place you visit, provide info why the attraction is important in that country. Simply fooling around and making statements that if the viewer finds it interesting then they can explore it won't help with channel reputation. Some of your peer vloggers are ahead in content creation in this space.

I guess he has matured as a person. He knows that travelling is his hobby and practicing medicine is his passion. Passion will help support his family and future travel rather than depend on CZcams incentives and sponsorship. It is difficult to manage work and manage expectations of CZcams. Exploring new place and vloging together interfere with ones enjoyment or living in the moment. You will always find vloggers making good content of they either hire a local guide or couchsurfer local where they help people explore the place, share their knowledge and experience less effort and entertainment for the audience.
@@bruce_NZ well he is creating vlogs for his viewers. If he is traveling for his self-contentment then he can keep his phone aside and enjoy the trip without worrying about videos. If he is creating videos for us, I believe viewers should help provide constructive feedback.
