From personal experience, you never put water on a grease fire that’s like adding gasoline if you’re gonna add water, it Hass to be a huge amount of water which you will not get out of your faucet or a pan

Keep stove n pots n pans clean, free from oil n carbon, these are flammable,
Learn about fire n fire fighting skills. I think this is where the scdf can be more proactive in education n roadshows, n always have an alarm on for 5-7mins, distraction during cooking,phone calls

Blk 346 got one roasted chicken hawker just joint the cooking suddenly 🔥 he using water 💦💦💦 and burning out his stall including the coffeeshop some area few years ago. So bosses who taking care the coffeeshop must install fire extinguisher 🧯🧯🧯 and must checking their expired 📅 date and must training all workers know how to using. Scdf firefighters must go checking regularly too. Because some coffeeshop the fire extinguisher 🧯🧯🧯 already expired and hose already rusty

And must know the way of running 💨💨💨 imm opposite building because the lady staff's ownself going to the wrong direction when scdf firefighters rescue her out of dangerous. She already not breathing. So company and factory and school and hospital and hotel and shop and restaurants always must have an emergency response team. Happen 🔥 they are the one who immediately setting their standards operating procedures because scdf firefighters and Singapore police officers arrival within a few minutes for off 📴 firing and rescuing mission
