Great vid mate, subbed to you last night. Been eying the abisko lite 2 for ages, very tempted Btw…. Nalgene Wide mouth canteen makes an excellent tent toilet (for pees only, obvs😂) About £25 (for the 1L) but definitely pays for itself after a couple of wet and windy camps, I never leave for a camp without mine now
Hi from Adelaide, South Australia Thanks for a great video and the scenery is just beautiful. I like your tent, I have a few different ones that I use when I go camping in but have always like the tunnel tent. Anyway you have a new subscriber today and looking forward to more videos to come. 😊👍
Wouldn’t pitching the vestibule into the wind eliminate the aerodynamics? That’s why i put the food end into the wind - not saying I’m right just curious. I’ve taken your guy line recommendation down though thanks a lot for the advice 🙌🏻
@@KieCamps No mate it's sound. I have a nallo 2 which is pretty similar design and I've pitched both ways. Having vestibule into the wind eliminates the outer fly sheet touching the inner and creating moisture on the inner. So if you had the foot end into the wind then potentially the fly sheet will touch the inner making it wet, also potentially pushing the fabric in and then touching your sleeping bag aswell.

New subber after looking at abisko videos. Just got one myself. Great video mate.
Amazing tent 🙌🏻 thanks for the support!
5 litre fold flat water bottle. Never have to leave the tent for a slash again.
Knowing my luck I’d miss 🤣

Haha! Great advice
Just buy a cheapo no name version from go outdoors if you're only peeing in it.

So much room in tunnel tents isn’t there! Thankyou so much 🙌🏻
Should pitch vestibule into the wind matey and also those guy lines need aiming at 35 to 45 degree angle 👍

Can't be too cautious when it comes to the pegging..... ;)
Knew someone would pick up on that 🤣
