The people that comment things such as "Blue is such a complainer, Blue is malding, Blue is a crybaby" need to understand that he is being griefed quite literally every single time he goes to grind mobs. I watched his streams for the past week and _every single time_ he wanted to go grind on his Scholar, he either had to go on protection or risk being relentlessly griefed. "Just go Marni," you say? Blue did use Marni Realm, and they were literally waiting for him to exit Marni Realm so they could grief him some more. Trolling is one thing, and pvp is simply part of the game, but repeated targeted harassment is another. If you were on the receiving end of it, you would say the same.

At one point he got his alliance to fight back for him and he switched channel but guess what the griefer still followed. What you see there is not PvP its griefer you dent heads always confuse the two cause you like to shit on people who cannot or would not fight back. Then again, if your target fights back griefer would tend to run away or karma bomb the shit of your victim.

Incorrect, the inability to dec on a target INCREASES the reason to Grief. I cannot dec you anymore and fight with you. I cannot flag on you since karma system will make entire account Red after a few kills. Therefore, the only "safe" oiption is to grind over you or grief if we are competing for a spot, loser being the first to get bored.
There is no perfect system for it, griefing has always been a thing, but removing the ability to single sided dec ruins it from both sides. As someone causing the trouble, now you must grief instead, and as someone BEING griefed, you can no longer dec on the griefer and murder him. Both sides lose in this case.
Not to mention BDO has always advertised itself as a PVP endgame focused MMO. Removing more and more of the PVP without adding any real PVE (more dungeons, raids, group content of value, which BDO does not have) means there is just shitty PVE and a lack of PVP. Anybody complaining about PVP in the game needs to realize they even tell you at level 49, hey this is a PVP game you sure you want to continue?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say you have never pvp'd in your life... Love him or hate him, florang holds rank 1 kuno in solare so its kindaaaaaa a stretch to say he can't really do anything in an "expected fight"

@@aesthetiques People have different definitions of pvp. What we saw here is one of those. That is for the player to decide. The system is there, you can flag when you want. Unless PA completely disables flagging up on normal servers, people can and will still do it. On the topic of why not go for Arsha, sounds like you've never targetted anyone in your life. Blue is not dumb to grind there ofc he knows he'll get bombarded there. The game system that lets Blue file a ticket against Florang also offers Florang to Flag up. Don't blame the player. Blame the game.

@@lifekrysiss it is spammable, and it's unprotected while on cd, and does not cc while on cd. That guy is q block walking and standing in damage. As a hard capped player who fights a non 470 dp hard cap Valk all the time (he's around 640 Dr, the dp is the less important measurement), it does not just kill a good Valk who is standing if they're playing like they have sense.
Edit: With his buffs up he's probably around 690 Dr, but even with that, if the maegu is running glass cannon and hitting his back with 6+ spins idfk why you expect anything to live unless it's full dp meme'd out

DR sucks because if you take extra damage the damage increases significantly. But if you play evasion You will not take any damage from extra damage. And the Red Battlefield cannot switch items. It's a very nonsensical edit.

@@Voltwall But in Red battlefield you can't switch between ap and acc. Most people focus on ap for pve. If you want to pvp, you need to have acc set to fight with dodge type. In the red battlefield you will see evr classes 1vs5-10 until you get bored. It's against dr who has to trade ap with most people who focus on ap and it's not easy to stand.

If I'm a griefer, I'm loving the way it is now. I can just grief anyone without the fear of getting dec'd by everybody. If I kill someone just to ruin their elix rot and I ran out of karma. Swap to my alt in pila ku with full karma recovery pets and viola started blasting again.

Tbh they should have changed the dec systems and cracked down hard on people griefing years ago. So many new players and streamers lost from the influx cause a subset of pvp players enjoy harassing others. Reading through the comments a bunch of ppl are saying theres no pvp now. There is RBF, AOS, NW, Siege etc so Idk what they are smoking. I hate the Dec changes but since people cant control themselves this is where we are
Clearly you've never been a part of GvG's/holy wars vs rival guilds. It's the best pvp content in and out of the game.
@@LdxArkeFinally someone from the old guard. We don't want more staged PVP, NW already sucks. GvG in the open world was the best. That is what the PvP players want back. AOS is only so much fun, RBF is a shitshow and I am not even gonna talk further on NW, let alone Siege.

The people that abused it have noone to blame but themselves. I've been through guilds that have dissolved over decs, guilds that used it cuz they were mad someone didnt want to dfs, or mad that someone had a different opinion on something. Hell I was kicked out of a guild because i didn't want to participate hunting down people in a lifeskill guild cuz a lifeskiller told one of my guildmates he was a asshole for killing them while butchering meat. Ive seen way more people abuse it cuz they are upset over dumb shit than use it for engaging open world gvgs. I dont want to fight people that don't want to fight and I sure af dont want to fight gearlets cuz its just not fun and ruins potential newcomers to the game. P.A took too long to implement a proper solution so they knee jerked it. Is P.A at fault 100% yes but people abused to a point they had no other option but to do it. We lost so many new players and streamers over this craziness and I'm absolutely livid over it. My personal opinion is if someone karma bombs or intentionally feeds someone to mobs that person should be 100% permabanned. I'm not a huge fan of blue but after reading what donskeptic wrote in his chat and watching his guildmates literally stalk him I think they should all be banned that stuff is so unhealthy for the game.

@@bloodgust364thats not relevent outside of 1v1, dr negates ap 1:1 and when you have more dr then somes ap you take 5% of damage you would have. Meaning that dk had more than 735 ap which is doable. Because of addons they only need 735, not 770

Pvp in BDO has the potential to be AMAZING. But its literally just who can CC the other first and then combo off the CC.
Its just garbage.
Pvping with friends where you dont use grabs and hard CC as little as possible, feels fantastic though.
Youre actually PLAYING the game instead of the regular trash.
But BDO is a pve game and only like 1% of the playerbase even interacts with pvp so its not really an issue

BDO is not a PvP game. Just because a game happens to have PvP DOES NOT make it a PvP game by default. In real PvP games, everything outside of PvP is side content. The simple fact that you have to tell the players that BDO is a PvP game just proves that it is in fact NOT a PvP game.
